I found Birkenstocks that I loved but just weren’t my size. I asked the worker to grab me a different size and he got it for me. In the box he grabbed only had one shoe. Not a pair, just one. I asked where the other one was but he was holding it in his hand. I tried it on and It fit and I purchased it and drove 50 minutes back to my home. I tried it on again but found one pair was a different shade than the other one. But what really angers me is that worker probably knew. I bet he knew it was a different color.

Wow, was all set to but a pair of shoes here today, but the women running the store was so rude I couldn't do it out of principle.

Been in a few times and always had great service. They are so helpful with my special needs daughter and today they returned $60 cash that had fallen out of my pocket. I went back to ask if I happen to have dropped some cash and they had another customer turn it in and they kept it behind the counter for me. They are still honest people in the world and they shop and work at Journeys Southcenter!! Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Journeys looking for a pair of shoes, but my experience was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Stevie. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. She greeted me with a rude attitude, gave me dismissive looks, and seemed annoyed to answer my questions.
What made it worse were the unnecessary comments she made, which felt condescending and uncalled for. Instead of offering help or creating a comfortable shopping experience, her attitude made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her by being there.
A shoe store should have friendly and helpful staff who want to assist customers. Instead, I left without making a purchase because I was so put off by Stevie’s behavior. I hope the management takes note and addresses this unprofessional conduct because this kind of experience can drive customers away. I won’t be returning to this location unless I see significant improvements.

As first time customers, the ladies who worked there were absolute sweethearts to my daughter and I and treated her like a queen! They knew a lot about what they were doing, and got us the best bang for our buck, my daughter adores the shoes!

Employees here are absolutely incompetent when it comes to children's shoes and their sizing. I dont know why I expect uneducated minimum wage children to know how to do a job a chimp could perform.

Popped in to see if they had the birkenstocks my wife wanted that we couldn't find at Nordstrom. Didn't have them but Miranda was so polite and kind we ended up buying a different style we hadn't considered. Great customer service. Will definitely be back.

I have to say I am so please with Laura the Store Manager. I originally purchased a pair of slippers from the Tacoma mall a pair of the fuzzy blue UGG slippers in a size 9, my daughter actually wore a size 10. I frantically called the Tacoma mall location and they didn't have the size 10 but, Did mention I could return at any journeys and up to a year. I immediately jumped off the phone and called South Center Mall location and dealt with Laura. I must say was a delight. She deserves a raise for her work she went above and beyond to locate a size 10.Laura even opted to have it shipped to her location for pick up. She wanted to make this process easy for me and boy did she. Thank you Laura for keeping me informed and handling the transaction even getting it shipped for me to pick up. I hope I get to see you face to face once they arrive.

Monday 2/21 at 4pm. You need training babe. We were the only people in there and you never once acknowledged us. As others came in, you greeted them, asked them if they needed anything... I know this bc we looked at you every single time thinking you were talking to us but you never were. My husband even then made it a point to be greeted and said "hi, how are you?" while standing no more than a few feet away you looked him straight in the face, ignored him, and greeted someone else who then walked in. Wow! He was going to ask for some sizes but we bounced immediately after that. It's truly impressive how bad your customer service is and we will never come back. Journey's clearly did a piss poor job training you but I'm sure there are some free videos on YouTube if you decide to take the steps to improve.

Ordered on line box came broken up and smashed could not wrap it for grandsons birthday shipping was terrible came in original uggs box not placed in a fed ex box.
