All the employees were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience. Overall I like Journeys especially the Southcenter location.

Recently I went in journeys. I specifically asked one of the workers if they have the Uggs Tasman slippers, she asked what size. I told her size 6. She immediately told me she only has a size 4. She repeated herself multiple times without double checking. I came back again and asked one of a nicer worker. She asked me what size, I told her. She looked for the Uggs I wanted and brought it to me. I asked for a smaller size when it hardly fit, she gave me another box too. She checked up on me and asked if it fit and was truly kind. One of the workers lied and was not properly trained. It was almost like she gave me an attitude when I asked her to repeat herself again.

We just had the best experience in your store today. We had just come from Nordstrom. They didn't have the first walkers in anything under a 7 and we needed a size 6. Customer service isn't what you'd expect at Nordstrom but it was at Journeys kids. Mymy (I hope that I am spelling that rightwas extremely kind and helpful, and they did have the size we needed there. Thank you so much, From now on we will do our first shoe family tradition at Journeys and not Nordstrom! Thanks again Mymy!

For the first time shopping at Journeys kidz On December 23 I bought shirts for my nephews, they were too small for them so I had to come backToday Wednesday January 5 202210:30 amHorrible experience!Store was unattended when I walked in, to begin with..I kind scream “hello” so someone could come to help me… a young girl came out, didn’t even say hi or nothing, she was just quiet.I asked to please help me get bigger sizes for tshirts… she did … then I got the tshirts and walk to the register, and she started fixing the signs at the entrance, ignoring me being at the register… I had to tell her I was on a hurry… she help me but that was a horrible service!I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE… ?

Overworked and understaffed store. We weren't the only last minute shoe shoppers and the staff did the best they could. Their holiday themed pajama day at work added to the festive atmosphere. But they still didn't have a lot of shoes available.

Terrible customer service, came to this location on 2/26/2021 around 5:00 pm. The sales associate--gal with long braids was extremely rude and unprofessional. We have purchased from Journeys numerous times before and I would have to say I don't think I will be coming back. Sales team needs additional customer service training. Purchased items from the adults journey store the same day and Laura was wonderful, so it was a big surprise when we went to the kid's location and was made to feel extremely disrespected. Would not recommend visiting this store.

I came in with my family and the store associate (***609) was such a pleasure to work with! I had a whiny toddler and she was so patient and kind! I will def be going back to get shoes from this location.

Ordered on line box came broken up and smashed could not wrap it for grandsons birthday shipping was terrible came in original uggs box not placed in a fed ex box.

In relation to the store I have nothing to complain about, let alone on the female sellers who were very nice to me. But like a bad experience with the sales guy, on the day I made the purchase he answered me well, but when I came back to make the exchange he showed himself impatient and rude, I was so embarrassed that I left at the same time he gave a bad answer which made me extremely annoyed and had reflex throughout my day as I could not stop to think about it. Because of this I had to go back to the store once again and I hoped it would not be answered by him, and incredible as it seems I asked him a question and again I got an answer was rude, this time I laughed because I realized that the problem did not it is in me and in him.

The sales guy is very rude. We asked if they have any slippers. He pointed to the slippers but we are not interested in the styles after we looked at them. Then he said: "go to target or payless if you want cheap shoes!" I couldn't believe he said so! We confronted him but he kept repeating: "that's what I'm telling you, go to target or payless if you want cheap shoes!" The management team needs to take a look at this guy to see if he has any problem, besides lack of custom service skills.

My go to place for shoes They have some of the best styles and selections and hard to find shoes. I find them to be cheaper than champs foot locker or nike store. You can get vans, uggs, doc martens and adidas here . I like this store a lot . I will be back again

Terrible customer service! I've purchased MANY pairs of shoes for my granddaughters here over the years. For the first time we had a problem with one pair this fall. Attempted to return the defective shoes today and the store would not replace them because they had been worn. The lining of one shoe was rumpled and caused blisters. They are unwearable. Problems happen - it's how you handle them that matters. Not replacing a defective pair of shoes that have been worn twice is unacceptable. Will no longer bring my business here!
