Service was so amazing. Communication was amazing and we love love love the couch. We bought one from Costco and it didn't last a week. Kasala couch same price and 10 times the quality. Shop here.

We worked with Rook, and they were excellent! Super helpful service; got great help and tips for our space, even regarding design elements beyond what Kasala sells. Rook is an expert in lighting and creating a balanced, cohesive space. Definitely go here first for some great options for your spot! We have had the Phinney furniture (love seat and arm chair) from here for seven years and it's held up super well. Really high quality especially for the price.

I was looking for a stylish LED Floor Lamp and found an amazing one at Kasala Outlet. It was the last one, a floor model (no box), final sale. I took it home, wrapped it as a gift and set it by the tree. On Christmas day while setting it up, we had trouble getting the lamp head to stay in the extended position. We needed a special tool. I scrolled through the Kasala website and found the "contact us" link and sent an email asking if they knew of a special tool to tighten the arm with a photo of the fastener. Within 90 minutes I had a response - on Christmas Day! David, their E-Comerce Sales Specialist responded to let me know he would look into it by reaching out to one of the stores the next day to see if they could locate the tool and send it to me. Three days later I received the tool and the lamp is perfect. I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received over the years from Kasala Stores and Outlet. Two leather sofas, a dining room table, 4 rugs and countless other home furnishings - I will keep coming back to them every time! Their merchandise is beautiful, their service is amazing!!

In search of a bed. Recently moved to WA state area and had sold my bed previous to the move. I waited nearly 2 months on a bed from West Elm - sleeping on air mattress at 60 years old - so I was beyond desperate and frustrated. Found Kasala Outlet from a general Google seach. From my first phone call with Juliette (delivery person) I think is her name to the Outlet store contact at with Shanilla to the actual delivery of bed within 7 days by Galen and Alma my experience was super positive, despite one small glitch. They were all helpful and sympathetic to my ongoing situation. Purchased the Alcove queen bed and love it so far! It is important that people and businesses get the positive feedback and commendation they deserve and have earned. Kasala has now become my new go-to furniture store. Also thanks to Ashley (super friendly) whom we met afterwards while shopping the Bellevue store. He sent email to mgmt on my behalf and now I'm doing my own review. Thanks also to the guy (Outlet) with the long red hair, great green sweater and sympathetic ear who patiently listened to my lament and answered all questions. Great job and great people in my encounter with Kasala. West Elm has lost a loyal longtime customer.

The people are amazing and the furniture is amazing!! What more could you want? They have so many fun options and there is always a great selection of different colors. Our couch and chair are super comfy and everything was delivered on time.

From Atlanta to Seattle, Kasala had my back the whole way... and still does. My move from the South to the PNW had the makings of a stressful time. I downsized completely, and had to purchase my Living, kitchen and bedroom areas from scratch. Their staff was there to help. They were more than helpful, they were clutch. They worked with me as I fumbled my way through their stock. Within just a few months they helped me fill my new home with everything I never knew I wanted. I honestly can't thank them enough. The in-store sales teams were so knowledgeable, and patient. The crew helped me navigate logistics like it was a breeze. They had everything delivered, unpacked and assembled exactly when I needed them to. Eat your heart out IKEA. Oh wait, you'll need instructions. Thanks Kasala for everything. You guys were exactly what I needed, when I needed you.

We came in the morning of saturday June 5th and bought a new couch. We had our 9 month old son with us and both of the gentlemen working were SO NICE and helpful. One was super engaged/helpful as we selected a couch and the other one was playing with our son. They welcomed everyone that came in the store and just made purchasing our couch a great experience overall! Unsure what their names were but thank you! Looking forward to our delivery next week :) Appreciate buying from a local company as well.

I experience exceptional customer service while picking up my order at the will call warehouse. I called in the morning to inform them that I would like to pick up my order earlier than expected. I spoke to Rick who was helpful and assured me that my order would be ready when I arrived. I pulled up the to loading dock and before I could exit my vehicle my order was on hand trucks and at the tailgate of my vehicle. The furniture was loaded quickly and Rick was nice enough to assist me with securing my purchase in the truck bed. Thank you Rick.

The warehouse is also attached to a Kasala store. The employees in the warehouse are nice, careful, skillful, and efficient. They were able to quickly and carefully load up our car without any issue. The store next door is also very nice. They have a different selection in furniture but also high quality. The only thing is the area is just a tad sketchy... but hey it's probably the only place in Seattle that offers free parking in front of their store.

After moving to Seattle, we bought our first sofa at Kasala Outlet after seeing that the prices were so much more reasonable and possibly even higher quality than practically all of the big chain home furnishing stores. We were so happy with the modern yet comfortable styles and and returned for a loveseat and ottoman to go with it. We've had them both now for a few years and contacted Kasala to repair a broken zipper and under-cushion cover (even though they were out of the warranty period, but it hadn't occurred to us to ask sooner). They very kindly offered to come and repair the zipper without charge! The repair team came with masks on and quickly repaired both of the issues, and they were so kind. We will be return customers again and again.

This place is a gem! Super friendly staff and some of the most comfortable couches (especially the Burton!) I ended up going with the Sydney because it fit my apartment better but also very comfortable and I love the tufted mid century style. Can't wait for the couch to get delivered this weekend :)

We are very satisified with our Tahoe Motion Sectional that we purchased from the Kasala Outlet about a month ago! My husband I were desperate for a new couch. We were looking for something that was modern, functional, sturdy and comfortable. We found that the Tahoe hit the bill with all of these things. It's got a chaise on one side and a La-z-boy motion-style seat on the other end. It's so comfy, we hardly want to get off of it! We were helped by John. I LOVE that they don't follow you around the store like typical furniture places. They kind of just let you be until you have questions. We were in and out with the purchase of our new couch within a half hour. Delivery was smooth too, the two gentleman that set up my couch were awesome too. Thanks Kasala!

Excellent furniture shop! We bought our sectional with Abe who was very kind and explained things in great detail. We enjoyed our experience with him for sure! When delivery came 4 weeks later we got a call that they had inventory issues and wouldn't be able to deliver on the promised day. Dorian was able to work hard to provide a solution that resulted in our couch on time! We plan on purchasing more from Kasala in the future.
