Came to talk to VY and he blew my expectations out of the water. He underpromised and over delivered and I could not have been happier. Truly an honest hard working mechanic and I can’t believe the work he did to make my car shine. He also changed a very very fair price. 15/10 would go back to them time and time again

Charged $340 to replace a thermostat which didn't fix the overheating problem. I paid $100 for a diagnostic, they should have done a full one but instead charged me for a non-fix.

Spent hours trying to replace dipstick tube, and Kellan Auto was able to fix in under an hour. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Will return.

They cut corners on the repairs and I ended up having to bring the car back 15 minutes after driving it off. Take your money elsewhere

Taken my car here twice, both times the jobs have been done the same day when every other shop has had me waiting at least a day to even get my car in. Vy is fairly priced, friendly, and very quick and efficient.

Avoid this place. Their quote for a part was $750+ while I found it an an auto part store for $400. The labor + part + inspection fee was over $1,000 while competitors were cheaper and more honest about the process. I asked for an email summary of the repair plan, but this body shop could not provide it to me. They asked me to trust them and remember everything by word of mouth. I'd much rather have everything in writing beforehand.The body shop replied with a horrible take. The part I sourced was from Toyota themselves for $420. They tried to say a Toyota brand part was cheap. Don't believe when they respond to these bad reviews. Most responses before now were low effort excuses to valid complaints.

Kind and personable service. Could not locate the cause of the noise my car was making (a bolt was loose in the sub-frame) , however did not charge a service fee.

Trustworthy, honest, and competitive pricing. Owner will give you straight easy to understand answers. If the work takes less time he’ll refund you the difference.I’ve brought all my vehicles here for the last 5 years. From timing belts, wheel bearing replacements, oil changes, and routine check ups. Highly recommended!

Best mechanic experience, EVER. You do not need to order parts and go on YouTube to figure it out yourself. Vy (Vee) is an excellent and very reasonably priced ACTUAL mechanic, so just have it done by the professional, lads. I knew I needed new rear brakes: pads, rotors, etc. because my normal mechanic in Bremerton (that I really trust) gave me estimate for this months ago. My Toyota 4Runner back window gasket was also leaking and filling up the back hatch with water, but I was going to have to take it to a totally different TOWN for that, and leave it. Tail light housing was broken, so I ordered one (customer supplied part, no problem). Then my headlight bulb went out.I took it in to Kellan 2 days ago morning because they open in the actual morning time. Area is near Dearborn Goodwill which is a cringe location, but the shop is SO juiced up with cameras that once I went in, I felt totally safe to leave my car. Within 2 hours I had a complete estimate on email of all service I requested that I could accept or decline, item by item. I said !yes. Once the actual work started to be done, I get another estimate he noticed my other headlight bulb is about to go out so just take that whole housing off that one too, he had an extra one, just add $10? Yes!Every step of the way, you can say no or yes. I got my car back THIS morning after I said yes to very small extra charges. He was going to eat the expense if I said no, you guys! Vy is a gentleman. He is young and very smart. He has a pompadour if that helps you understand. He will look after your vehicle and you should be so lucky as to even GET TO go to Kellan!If Kellan ever needs help FOR ANYTHING , we are right up the street.

These guys know what they are doing. I got into a minor wreck and had my car towed there. And after 2weeks I was shocked when I went to pick it up, it looks better than it did when I first got it. It handles better to! They even went to extra mile and gave it a quick wash before give me the keys! Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!

This repair shop rescued me today on a Saturday when my radiator blew up. So, so grateful for them! Fast, honest, thorough and reasonably priced. And beautifully done.
