Kerry Park is a small observatory deck and a priceless view of Seattle and Mount Rainier. The park is a great lookout point of the city skyline and a great place to take a picture. Parking is usually annoying and can get a little rough, but free street parking. People can drive up or hike up; public transportation does not really take people. The view is stunning on a clear day just before sunset, and even on a cloudy day the city skyline is great. Highly recommend this small place doesn't disappoint.

Amazing, amazing views of downtown Seattle. On a clearer night, Mt Rainier can be seen in the backdrop of the cityscape. Definite must do as the sun goes down and the city lights turn on. One note, other than the amazing scenery, not much else there.
