Kerry Park is a small observatory deck and a priceless view of Seattle and Mount Rainier. The park is a great lookout point of the city skyline and a great place to take a picture. Parking is usually annoying and can get a little rough, but free street parking. People can drive up or hike up; public transportation does not really take people. The view is stunning on a clear day just before sunset, and even on a cloudy day the city skyline is great. Highly recommend this small place doesn't disappoint.
Great view, small park, limited street parking. There is a park down the stairs with a playground as well, but the climb back up may be daunting for some. The Cherry tree blossom lined street in front of the park is pretty if in season (end of March for us).
