Staff on site and location were top-notch and reason for the 5 stars. However, the administration group they needed to deal with by phone were infuriatingly impossible to navigate adequate resolution with.

Always a waiting game with this people, they never have enough employees there. Tried to buy $100 worth of quarters. They didn't have enough on hand...... Now tell me isn't this a Bank.. BANKS DEAL WITH MONEY. THEY don't even deserve a one ⭐️.

Terrible service from a representative working there. Simply sat down to an Asian lady that's not even from this country to be patronized and catch her Microagressions. The guy next to her office just looked over and turned a blind. Asian representative too.It was a head trip and it was disgusting behavior. The representative was intentionally wanting to make my business difficult. She caught feelings over whatever she didn't like about me. It was real low trust and patronizing. Got all offended about me coming in there to do my business. It wasn't difficult to see what was going on and something personal with her.

Let me just say the banker I was working with Evon was great with assistance. However this is the second checking account I’ve now had closed right after I tried to login to my online banking .they keep giving me the run around giving me some phone number to call to unlock my account . I call the phone number and the phone line them directs me to go into the branch, I go into the branch and they then give me another number to call . It’s been two weeks now and I’ve yet to have one single successful deposit into my account. I’m done trying ! I’m going to open account at becu and will never deal with key bank again

They need better Security. Very shady looking people have been hanging out in their lobby next to those Elevators. I came downstairs from another facility after 5pm on a Friday saw this guy just leaning against wall next to the elevator, dressed in all black street clothes, tall fat black guy, if he wasn't a thug, he was definitely trying to give off that air like he was. I even what what's up to him, he just nodded his head.GET BETTER SECURITY!

This is the worst bank in Seattle. The tellers are suspicious if you're not Asian and the management is EXTREMELY racist if you're not Asian. . The atm eats cash and the bank doesn't care. DO NOT BANK HERE

I was making a large withdrawal and I was being questioned like I was doing something wrong I felt very uncomfortable when the lady was asking me what I’m buying and what I’m doing with my money I don’t recommend going to this location I get that they have security concerns but the way they go about it is not very professional at all

Worst service ever, I had to wait here 25 mins just to do 2 business deposits and for some change, new employees without any training. Existing employees was so good never had any problem. Since they have a new staff it’s just pain going there. We might have to take our business account to a different bank.

Some staff need more training for sure. Had my card canceled on Thursday and they had no idea they canceled it. Such inconvenience specially on the weekend when the temp card keeps getting declined. So emberassing when you know there's plenty of funds in your account.

The worst bank experience EVER. If i could give negative stars, i would. I have been trying to pay off a loan with them for months and they continue to give me the run around. You would "think" they would want to get paid and get the money for this loan, but they clearly do not know what their job responsibilities are and how to complete a transaction. In the meantime, as they continue to be incompetent, they are trying to charge me massive amounts of late fees. Not to mention their lack of customer service. I have been told the same story multiple times that someone will be calling me back and to date, i have not received one call back. It scary to think what they are doing with people's money when they cannot complete a simple payoff for loan request. I hope this helps other people to avoid all the troubles that key bank has caused me. Bank with someone that you can trust with your money, NOT key bank.
