The ATM at this location is constantly in disarray, filthy, and absolutely cannot be trusted to dispense your funds or even your card back. I have had my card eaten at this location twice, and now my cash withdrawal was not dispensed.

Worst customer service from Amanda for calling to ask about my situation info she replied with don’t go on a spiral over 20$ who says that to there customers for just asking about his situation worst key bank in WA never had a problem with key bank 6 years till now

Please stay away from here! Heloc took 5 months and still not closed. They dragged it out just so they don’t have to close the loan, as the rates r way higher now. I have no choice but to post their incompetence

The manager of the Fremont Branch, Jairo, should no way be in charge of business matters, especially financial. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and it's downright suspicious that anyone would put him in charge.

Belltown Branch Soooo slow First I stand at the teller window - and say I want to cash a check -Then I get invited to go sit at this guy's desk. He spends at least 5 minutes looking at my account on the computer screen - tells me I have a negative balance (I had over $4000 in the account) Then he says that must have been in the last 15 days. Then He spend another few minutes with my check - then he goes back to the teller counter and gets the cash. Then he comes back to the desk gives me the cash and prints out a receipt. I have cashed checks at this bank for over 3 years but today when I get home I see that the $455 check I cashed has been deducted from my bank balance. Called the 1 800 number and they tell me I have to go back to the bank next Tuesday (3 days from now) and ask them to credit the $455 back to my account.Totally lost faith in Key Bank

I've been with Key Bank for 6 years, and have seen a marked improvement in the focus on customer service at my branch over the past few years. Kent and his team have bent over backwards to help my small business without being pushy when offering products or services. The location is convenient and the down to earth staff always offer a smile when I come in, greeting me by name.

The worst banking experience! The lady, Ms. Howard, was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and uninterested in giving a good experience for a new customer. I live next door to this location for awhile but never even crossed my mind to do my banking there until I received a $300 offer to open a new checking account. The process was horrible. She didn't tell us what kind of checking account that Key bank has or any explanation what so ever. After she was done typing all the paperwork, she asked me to go to the teller to make the first deposit. And that was it! She didn't tell me that it was done or even a simple THANK YOU, no hand shake, nor asked me if I need anything else. She just went back to her cubicle and didn't say anything as I left the building. Do yourself a favor and don't bank here. As soon as I received the $300 I'll close the account and go to a respectable bank. Terrible!
