This is my favorite branch! The staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcomed. It’s very clean and open and unlike some of the other banks here in QA they are open on Saturdays! They also have their own parking garage in the back.
I came in for help with signing into my online banking and the gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond. Very convenient and nice location.

The worst bank experience EVER. If i could give negative stars, i would. I have been trying to pay off a loan with them for months and they continue to give me the run around. You would "think" they would want to get paid and get the money for this loan, but they clearly do not know what their job responsibilities are and how to complete a transaction. In the meantime, as they continue to be incompetent, they are trying to charge me massive amounts of late fees. Not to mention their lack of customer service. I have been told the same story multiple times that someone will be calling me back and to date, i have not received one call back. It scary to think what they are doing with people's money when they cannot complete a simple payoff for loan request. I hope this helps other people to avoid all the troubles that key bank has caused me. Bank with someone that you can trust with your money, NOT key bank.

If I had the option of picking no stars, then I would. I find this Branch to be very judgmental and almost unprofessional. Went in and asked a question about my account. I understand I was already not in a good mood, but as a person who works in the customer service field it shouldn't matter how a client comes off. Exceptional service skills are expected especially when I was no where near rude. The teller went over to the manager and whispered something to him. When the teller passed me over to the manager, the manager didn't invite me over to his desk, did not get up and shake my hand like he did his previous client and didn't even look at my account. He then went straight to telling me that there is nothing they could do. He automatically looked at me and made a decision? He did not look into my account on his computer and didn't even try and find a solution. Instead, he turned it around and pinned it on me? Is this how Key Bank does service? Does Key Bank no longer care about their customers? Because that is EXACTLY the way they came off. I felt very uncomfortable even entering into this branch location. This is very unfortunate for me because I left Chase because a friend told me that Key Bank was amazing. I am so Upset and in awe with this interaction that I now have to reach out to someone who is above this branch. I understand if nothing can be done but looking at a person and making a decision without even looking into it comes off as very judgmental, unprofessional and just not living up to what the company promises. If this issue does not get resolved properly it will unfortunately lead me to close the account and unfortunately putting this branch and particular employees on blast through my social media blog. And I'm sure we all know how important social media is in our society today. This is a very unfortunate event and I cannot believe this is how the company allows its employees to treat its clients.

An employee made promises to me on paper and did not keep them, now I'm out money. Do not bank here. I now have to go above the employee to try and get my money back. This bank has no respect for customers, and could care less if your happy as long as you give them your money. It's about the principal, and doing what's right.

This branch is one of the better Key Bank branches in the area. The tellers are always friendly and I seldom have to wait. There is free parking underneath. And Joe Gong deserves a special shout out as one of the best relationship managers I've ever worked with. I highly recommend.

Marcus Kennedy, branch manager at the Queen Anne Key Bank was extremely helpful today! I had some fraudulent activities on my account and he went above and beyond customer service helping me call and check on the status of my case and helping me get my account back to normal

This bank branch sucks. A couple of the tellers/bankers I had to deal with not naming names... are just plain ridiculous. They're liars and apparently don't want to deal with customers. I will not ever be returning to this branch, which sucks because this is the one closest to my work. They need to be retrained for customer service. The whole situation was a joke. I called the Wallingford Branch and they took care of everything that had happened -- specifically Travis -- and even he was appalled at how they acted. Seriously if you bank with Key Bank go elsewhere, this place almost made me just close my account altogether.

Tried to call them about opening a new account, and got Phone Menu Hell. They were the third bank I called. The other two banks had humans answer their phones. Kind of tells me what to expect for their service - not much!
