I've had my account with Key Bank for about 30 years now and with this branch for 15 years. The bank has been very helpful in providing it's services. A couple times I came in with a complaint only to be told in a kind and professional way the mistake I made in my understanding. With complicated transactions they were always spot on and trusting.

Banked with these folks for 2 years. Earlier this month, I started getting a random overdraft fee being applied to my account when there weren't even any transactions happening or when the account was in the positive - there's at least 4 that the company themselves even acknowledged are obviously a glitch and need to be addressed. Four days later - my account is still negative from all their fees - I still can't use my debit card - and the local branch manager won't be around for 3 weeks. I'm *still* waiting on a response from the local regional manager to do something about this, it's Friday and now it looks like I'm going to go into the weekend with no debit card access - no changes in my account balance - and still no response back from management.

I've been waiting in line for 15 minutes while 2 people are helping one guest. They are discussing his finances out loud so I can clearly hear everything. I've never seen such terrible customer service from a bank. This is not even my bank, I was just trying to deposit money for someone.

This bank has the nicest people working there and I was happy with my visit today and glad I had no problems Usha was great help and gave good advice on banking looking forward to banking more with KeyBank.

Agent did not explain promotion correctly and won't admit it. And follow-up email they provided below never helped. Can't recommend them. If you are dying to use key bank, fine, but better find some other branch.

I had no intention of writing an online review originally because I know how that can affect someone's business, but after finding out today Usha (branch manager) opened up a checking account in my name without my permission has pushed me to write my review. Originally I applied for a HELOC with key bank, and Usha as my contact. I own 3 businesses and have rental properties so when I apply for loans a lot of explanation is needed for underwriting. The customer service regarding communication by Usha was very poor. My emails were not responded to in a timely manner, I had to send multiple follow up, call the branch ect. Originally I started the process with her back on 11/14/16 and after my 1/23/17 & 1/31/17 email wasn't responded to I gave up. Since then I went to Wells Fargo and went through their entire application process (which they have an online login to upload all your docs and track your loan status) and have already been approved. This was completed in a manner of 2 weeks vs. Usha's 3 months. Then today I find out by receiving a statement in the mail that Usha opened up a checking account in my name during the application process without my permission. I don't receive mail at my house because our locking mail boxes have been broken into before on the street, so I have 100% of my mail go to my office. She used the mailing address that could put my identity in jeopardy as well because these were sitting in that mailbox for months because I had no idea to expect them. And the full accounts numbers are on the statements - not safe at all! Very disappointed with my service received from Usha and Key Bank. I have accounts at US Bank, Wells Fargo, and BECU, and I was trying to build a new relationship with Key Bank - never again.

I am so glad I asked my wife to close the account with you! I really needed a Restroom and you did not let me use it because they were looked. You don't have a key? Hard to believe.

Nice folks, always helpful and efficient. Lots of convenient parking makes it easy and fast to park and walk in and do counter transactions.

Not happy. Arrived with three checks to deposit no cash back. Sat at drive up for a couple of minutes before I got a "hi". Then a couple more...waiting so the car behind me pulled around and went into the bank. Two checks were Canadian but should be US funds. Needless to say 9 minutes latter I get my receipts and pull out. Oh, the guys who pulled around and went in were long gone by the time I was done. Do they put newbies at the window? Lesson learned if you want good service go inside.
