The worst bank experience EVER. If i could give negative stars, i would. I have been trying to pay off a loan with them for months and they continue to give me the run around. You would "think" they would want to get paid and get the money for this loan, but they clearly do not know what their job responsibilities are and how to complete a transaction. In the meantime, as they continue to be incompetent, they are trying to charge me massive amounts of late fees. Not to mention their lack of customer service. I have been told the same story multiple times that someone will be calling me back and to date, i have not received one call back. It scary to think what they are doing with people's money when they cannot complete a simple payoff for loan request. I hope this helps other people to avoid all the troubles that key bank has caused me. Bank with someone that you can trust with your money, NOT key bank.

Not the closest branch to my house nor is it especially convenient, but I love going there just for the service and kindness of all the employees. The tellers are super friendly and I really feel welcome there.

Opened a new account with "Will" and then a week later, I got a letter from Keybank that I was considered a fraud and terroist. Keybank needed proof of my citizenship and SSN or it will close my account (which I still have money in my accounts!). I met with the manager named "Will" and asked for help. I asked if it was related to my race as a black woman. He said it was due to my out of state driver license. That doesn't make any sense. Washington is one of the popular states that have many transplants who moved here due to new positions. I really think it has to do with my race and KeyBank hasn't been accommodating or welcoming from the beginning. I came back with my SSN and birth certificate and Will uploaded them. After a week, I called Keybank customer service and found out that my account still have restrictions. Keybank refuses to mail my debit card due to the fact I may be a fraud. How am I a fraud from the very first day I opened the accounts? I had no history with Keybank. It has been three weeks since I opened my account with KeyBank and I never have a debit card mailed to me. It's diffcult having to find another way to to pay bills and rent without a debit card. Updated as of 2/11/19: I should have known that I was a threat on the first day. On the first day I opened an account, a man named "Will" said his computer wasn't working and couldn't create checking and saving accounts for me. He asked if he could go to my job at 5pm for me to sign the checking and saving accounts. When he arrived at 5pm, he nodded his head and said we do have an account with this building. He was trying to find out if I actually have a job. Please review many local news about Keybank's long discriminatory history with the African-Americans. See Updated as of 2/11/19: i waited another week and still never receive my debit card, which is needed to pay bills that require debit card. In fact, I couldn't ordered pizza and it's getting tiresome going to ATM to get cash several times a week. At this point, I decided to switch to a credit union. Keybank is very racist. Black people, turn the other way around.

Frequently robbed for a while ... neither especially friendly nor offering good parking I would recommend another location unless you are on foit

The staff here seem like they really love their jobs. Everyone (only a few people) is always so welcoming when I come in. They are able to handle my usual needs and have helped me to improve my financial portfolio with different key bank services...some for FREE! I love having a bank that treats me so well. (and sometimes they have goodies that brighten my day too lol)

This is a small, local branch that offers fast, friendly service. I work down the street and enjoy stopping by. The tellers are fast (though I'm usually stopping by in non-peak hours) and knowledgeable. There is a security guard outside.
