Great employees led by a great manager. All very efficient and friendly. Always greeted by name and rarely, if ever have to wait. If I ever have a question or concern, the branch manager, Tori, will personally help me.

Came to the branch to withdraw $6000, the teller told me they only had enough cash for me to take $3000 then get manager next to get says $4000. So I say I'll take the $4000 and go to another branch, which is fine but 2 star performance. Next the teller says I need to tell them my employment status and occupation or they won't give me anything over $1000.I'm closing my account next week, Key Bank is ALWAYS the least convenient.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this branch. I work at the Chevrolet cross the street and when we get our checks I go here to cash them. Even though I was not a member of KeyBank they still cashed the check without any fees and overall a easy and seamless transaction. Would recommend this branch to anyone!

Ive been banking with Key since the 90's, Tori Scott is the Branch Mgr here and is the core reason why I stayed with them so long. She truly is the best at what she does. The Edmonds branch I cannot say the same for, that play seems like the training ground for Key, everytime going in its all new faces and thin on expertise. Thank God for Tori

Please don't bother sending me your '... we'd like to look into this further ' response... everyone else has said the same things about this branch, and my experience today was just the same. Rude and unprofessional. A complete waste of bank resources IMO. And, you clearly don't actually look into anything, do you?I get text notifications for every transaction. One popped up today that I knew immediately was fraudulent. Having experienced the long wait times for their phone support along with the complete lack of English literacy you get from anyone on the phone multiple times over the last ten years that I have been with Key, I stopped into this branch stupidly thinking I could get some real service.I walked in to three tellers, two bankers and one customer dominating all three tellers' attention with a wedding story. The rude male teller to the right summoned me to his window. I showed him the transaction on my phone and told him it was fraudulent. "Go sit down."So, I'm sitting there listening to all of them carrying on about this STUPID wedding story and my blood is just boiling...why am I just sitting here? What good are you if you cannot help me?Finally, a banker gives me the time of day and I just get deer-in-the-headlights in response. I couldn't take it...I gave into the notion that I was going to have to be held hostage on the phone forever before getting the not-so-unique KeyBank experience of listening to some ESL person in a third world country practice reading their stupid script to me.I think it's time to kick Key to the curb.

On Friday 4/29/2022 I noticed fraudulent activity on my checking account... I called the Shoreline branch to talk with Tori, the manager. She "was with a customer" and I was transferred to her voice mail. I've banked with Key for over 25 years and have known Tori all that time. I left her a message, asking her to call me back because of fraudulent activity on my account. I have not received a call from Tori or one of her associates regarding this which I take seriously. I am disappointed with Key and the manager of the Shoreline branch.

I had a check that I needed to cash.. wasn't sure if I'd be able to since it wasn't a Key Bank check and I didn't have an account but I was in the area so figured I'd try. The bank teller was very rude. He looked at me, snatched my check while I was in the middle of asking if it could be cashed, glanced at the check and told me no with an eye roll followed by saying "it's not key bank soo what do you expect me to do" tossed the check back and just looked at me. Will not be going back. Prison orange isn't really my color.

This bank has terrible service, if possible I would've given it negative 5 stars. Went to setup to help parents with their accounts, bank added me to wrong account for one of my parents. Was told to wait for manager at 1pm, no show. Told to come back at 3pm, told she went home. Schedule an appointment for following Tuesday at 3pm, and got at email confirmation no less, waited for 10 minutes without anyone coming to see us, so we left.

The bank teller Alka gave me awful customer service. This person did not explain anything they were doing or help me with any of the issues I had. Instead this person was very dismissive and rude. On top of being unprofessional Alka was also dressed completely unprofessionally.
