My husband came into this bank today with intentions to get over 3k off of our emerald card and the type of customer service you guys have is not acceptable. We will NEVER come back. Also they had the nerve to come to my job with their business cards and notebooks trying to get myself and my coworkers to sign up with their bank! This was last year and I still have the business card, I'm glad I decided not to open an account with them!

Branch Manager Mathew showed the highest level of customer service for a disabled bank member this year. As the member's nurse I am compelled to write this review out of gratitude for what Mathew did. He showed compassion, professionalism and extreme flexibility. It is no exaggeration to say this branch's customer service changed a man's life. Thank you, Mathew for all you do.

20 minutes to make a deposit at the drive thru bank there was no line. Employee apologized and i was polite but this is a horrible branch.

Even disregarding how KeyBank is a trash bank in the first place, I would like to present to you this pile of bank manager. He completely disregarded my problems with KeyBank. In fact he furthered the problem two more years of unwanted credit pulls. At every point of of dealing with savings accounts or credit accounts he was wrong no matter how much he stated he wanted to help. He is either that ignorant of how KeyBank works or he is the biggest sheisty salesman ever. Also, never took accountability of his actions. He portrayed me as violent and so on towards him which is completely unfounded.

Boris and Nathan were both wonderful! I was setting up a new account and they made me so comfortable I felt like I was just out to coffee with friends, while still being professional. Not to mention a great free checking account with great benefits! So glad I came to this bank.

I saw 3 employees walking around, no customer waiting other than me, I am waiting for 15 minutes already to get service. Very bad !

Sergio was awesome! Stopped by to inquire about a checking account. Sergio signed me up with a Smart Checking Account and Savings Account. little to no paperwork very happy with the service, less than fifteen minutes.

This branch is very rude....doesn't have knowledge of service ....also the key doesn't any services to help their clients .....as rude to minorities......manager is rude as well

One of their Seattle branches discriminated against an African American woman who was simply depositing a paycheck. The manager thought it was fake, not believing this black woman could possibly make so much money, and ran her through the wringer trying to verify her employment and ended up putting a 9 day hold on the check for "safety precautions". Unless you're a white racist, avoid this godawful company
