Prior to walking in the bank, I did not have an account with them nor was I looking for one, but the service was so amazing. I had to sign myself up. Miles and Nitsu delivered Some of the best customer service I’ve had in regards to banking. I highly encourage the corporation to give these two individuals not only a pat on the back but RAISE coming 2025 because not only was I handled with care I was showed respect and kindness. You can’t find that everywhere all at once thank you again Miles and Nitsu

Branch is not very clean and VERY INSURE.People linger and watch you use the bank machine late at night here. VERY SKETCHY DANGEROUS LOCATION.The regional manager has this weird Elvis haircut and never smiles and is very bureaucratic. It's like dealing with a snarky twenty-something who hates his job. Avoid the regional manager at all costs, no professional acumen at all.WARNING: The security card was literally sleeping in a cubicle in the corner WITHOUT A MASK. I understand he does this regularly during the midday, other times he hovers around the ATM and walks right up to you with no mask.To summarize, this branch is a disease risk, with an on-the-job sleeping security guard and a regional manager with absolutely no people skills.

I used to love the convenience of this branch. I was especially happy that they have the drive-thru. We have to pay our rent with an official bank check so we have been getting that through the drive-thru since March. Today they forced my sister, who is a nurse to go into the lobby for this. When COVID numbers are worse than they have ever been. Basically the teller working today didn’t want to do the complicated process through the drive-thru. They’re were other customers in the lobby, both elderly, plus the tellers who were all potentially exposed because she didn’t want to do it. So irresponsible and frustrating.

Whoever the teller is working right now was just rude to me. In fact, she's been rude to me every time I've delt with her. I've been with Key for 6 years, and White Center has been my branch for 3 of those. One more time, and I'm leaving Key for a competitor. Period.
