Hot tub gave friends and I chemical burns and bleached the suits and underwear we had on. Keystone management refuses to even apologize or take accountability, the blame is being pushed off to their HOA, even through keystone are the property managers and the ones we paid $600 to. Would avoid at all costs!

Now known as Tripalink.Bait and switch, room not cleaned on move in, no followup on maintenance requests, trash room overloaded constantly.Now management is making up fees that weren't in my lease to try and take my deposit.Make sure to document everything, no matter what leasing agent says. I spent a year trying to get my leasing agent to send me the move in documents listing everything wrong in my apartment. They are still trying to charge me for things that were broken upon move in and even making up false fees that aren't in my lease. They are demanding a $75 "cleaning fee" claiming it is in my lease even though it is not.

They allowed two of my deliveries to be stolen by refusing to give me the door code so that the packages could be left in the lobby, and it took almost two months for pest control to treat my apartment for ants.

Keystone Properties NW was always incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful. After having a bad experience with my last property management company, it was a breath of fresh air to have such attentive property management. In addition to checking all the boxes, they went above and beyond with personal touches, such as a Starbucks gift card on my birthday and candy in the lobby for Halloween and Valentine's Day. These little things really made me feel like they cared about me and my experience at the Stax!

Hello, I would like to have this email forwarded to the management of Keystone Properties NW.Our son has recently signed a lease for your 1715 apartments and I wanted to congratulate your team for the exceptional service and attentiveness that we have received through the entire process. I have had a lot of experience as both a tenant and landlord of properties both commercial and private and would hope that every experience would be what this team has provided. This includes from the initial scheduling and showing to follow ups, the application process, responsiveness to email and requests, to offering to check on early deliveries of packages before move in. Each of the individuals below have been absolutely great. As a business owner I would hope to have these type of individuals as team members. I had a wonderful experience working with Keystone Properties. They were always professional and kind in their communication. It has been hands down the best experience I have ever had with a property management company, and I will look to rent from them again in the future.

DO NOT LIVE AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES There are multiple issues. Took them 3-4 months to fix the ant issue in my apartment. Took them 3 months to fix water damage to my apartment that was caused by their building. There were constant electrical issues and I was told I was not connected to any other apartment even though I constantly lost power and then right before I moved out I was told I was connected to apt 331 and they never fixed the connection. The last week I was in my apartment preparing to move out, clean etc I lost power and didn't get any power back so I couldn't do a full clean like I wanted. They could have fixed it but chose not to. They made one attempt to fix it and after that never saw them again. It's been 21 days plus 6-7business days and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. They have not confirmed how much, the address it was sent to or when it was actually mailed since the 21st was a sunday they couldn't have mailed it then. Definitely the worst experience I ever had. They deleted me from the resident portal because I've been constantly asking about details concerning my deposit which they still have not answered.

I lived at Maude for over two years. Keystone, specifically Bre, was always incredibly quick to respond to any question or concern I had during my time at Maude. They always responded with a positive and friendly attitude. While specific apartment buildings may have their own issues, the people at Keystone always work diligently to communicate with their residents. They always did everything they could.

DO NOT MOVE IN TO ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. Unsafe apartments. I live at Bespoke and there is a huge ant infestation in my unit, the washer / dryer has had to be replaced due to it overflowing, my outside door didn’t work for months during the winter until they finally came and fixed the dead bolt, there’s been police activity on my floor at 3 a.m. due to a resident screaming and pounding on everyone’s door. I was terrified. I have had a package stolen and the power outlets above my stove don’t work and blow a fuse if I have the laundry going at the same time. Also the thermostat is clearly broken too. I have the heat set to 50 degrees yet my apartment is always at least 75 degrees. Even if it’s 10 pm and 50 outside my apartment is super hot and I wake up to it saying 80 degrees. But I can’t open up the door to cool down because of the ant infestation. I’m sure there’s much more that I’m leaving out. I asked to be let out of my lease but they have refused. Terrible management. Do not work with Bre. She takes days to respond to emails / issues within the building.

The worst internet service ever. My building is using Fashmesh as our internet service. The internet runs slowly and unstably since l moved in. Right now, the WiFi bar is full and l can connect the WiFi but there is NO INTERNET ever. I cannot load any websites. When l walked out my room and connected another WiFi in the same floor, it runs pretty well. I need to walk out from my room, stand outside in order to get internet so l can turn my assignment in.

1. There was an air coming out of my window. I asked maintenance to fix it. The first time Otis came he said window works well and left. The second time he told me to put a towel or a pillow, or to change my sleeping position. The last time when he came, he finally said we can fill it with foam.
