We opted for a fried chicken bucket advertised on special of legs and thighs. Prices here have made it an option we rarely go for anymore but we needed a fast meal for $20.Nothing on the order had to be cooked- just packaged yet their standard practice is to send drive thru customers to park and wait. After parked for nearly 20 mins I had to pull around and go into the store and demand our order. Which took 2 minutes to put in a bag.Frankly I'll refuse to pull around ever again at a drive thru .. I want to see them and they see me until my food is handed off.Finally, for the prices KFC is expecting now, we'll not be back.

Waaay too salty! Ridiculous. I couldn’t eat it. I bought crispy which I love but all I could taste was salt.

⚠️ DO NOT ORDER IN STORE!!! ⚠️1. THEY WILL REUSE/SHUFFLE CHICKEN BETWEEN THE FRYER, WARMER, & ORDERS TO FILL ONLINE ORDERS! I SAW THEM DUMP-OUT A TO GO ORDER BACK INTO THE WARMER ONLY TO REUSE SOME OF IT FOR ANOTHER ORDER OR MIX FOOD BETWEEN MULTIPLE ORDERS!!!2. YOU'LL WAIT 30+ MINS FOR CHICKEN!!!3. THEY IGNORE ALL IN-STORE ORDERS AND FOCUS ON DRIVE THRU AND ONLINE ORDERS!!!

Very friendly and inviting staff and the food was pretty good. However, the prices here are pretty steep and they don't share some of the same promos that other KFCs offer. Small tortilla with a chicken strip with a couple of pickles for just under $5 is pretty lame. It was good though ?

The cooked to order hot wings were very good. It's a little annoying that they always say it will be a 10 minute wait but it is always 20 minutes even when it appears there are few other customers. I wish they would just quote 20 minutes.

I will never order anything from KFC again. It cost $11 for a child's meal and the sizes are shrunk down to a tiny little box. McDonald's is half as much with twice the size.

The chicken is okay, nothing like the local restaurants we have. I got a sandwich recently and there was barely a hint of sauce on the bun. I couldn't understand anything that the order taker said over the speaker so I'm lucky I got what I wanted.

This review goes for the Seattle store at 1350 Aurora avenue and also the Lynnwood store on 196th. They both are charging 26.99 for a nine-piece dark meat chicken only. Which by the way before covid was $9.99 Let's get that straight, that's five legs and four thighs for 27 bucks!! That's ridiculous. there's no way covid cost businesses that much more to operate. They're using this as an excuse to price. Gouge. Just a price comparison. In Aberdeen Washington, which is my closest KFC, went from $9.99 before covid to $13.99 now. That's significant but it's still not insane like what Seattle and surrounding suburbs of Seattle have done.

Nice clean environment always quick on orders and for the hot wings, my my they are great ? ? ? reminds me so much of my jamaican kfc, wow......it's finger licking good.

Walk in and order two dishes and enjoy with my friend. The employees are friendly and polite.??Parking: It's so much easier, right on Aurora avenue, you'll never miss it. So just drop by if you're hungry.

Never again! Beware if you go through the drive through they make you wait behind the building where lucky me a homeless man who was high decided to help himself into my car while I was waiting and it took me over an hour to get him out!

Placed an online order, arrived 10 min later. Informed by employee that they gave my order away to someone else and there’s nothing they could do about it. They said a MAN with the same name came and showed them his phone and was enough proof to give my order away. They didn’t ask for ID or anything. The manager, Lucia, was very rude and said “it happens sometimes” where they give orders to other people and the only way to get my refund is to call corporate at 6PM PST to have them remake my order or give me a refund. Worse customer service ever.
