Paid $28 for cut and cuticles no polish. I was here a couple weeks ago and didn’t realize they increased their prices so I asked for a trim instead. She said she would still charge me for the full manicure still even tho there’s no nail polish. I wasn’t even here for 10 minutes. Never coming back

Terrible service! Rude staff, highly unprofessional. They do a very sorry job in the name of a premium spa pedicure. Do not know anything about giving a decent massage. The woman doing my manicure didn’t even put on cuticle oil n I had to ask her to put it. She cut my finger n didn’t even care to apologize! Don’t even know how to apply basic polish. Terrible place!! Save your money n go somewhere else. Any place is better than this.

Mai did a fantastic job on my nails. I'm super happy with them. Everyone I talked to in the salon was very kind. If I lived in Seattle, I would go here all the time.

I called and got in the same day. I was getting an acrylic overlay fill. My tech was amazing and did a wonderful job on making sure the nail looked even in shape and smooth. My only complaint is that the pink shade I picked needed more coats. I think one more coat and it would be perfect. I show the flaw in my pictures and wish I had caught it before I left. I will be back again cause the shape was done so well but I will go with colored acrylic instead of paint on. This fill costed $60 with gel.

I needed a manicure to impress the spouse’s corporate bosses and I was in and out of there in 40 minutes, but there is so much polish in my skin and my nails are lumpy and thick with sharp edges. I’m anxious to get it off but the technician used a dremel on my very thin nails so I’m afraid they’re going to break without polish on them. I could have done a better job at home, had I the time.

I am so happy with the manicure I got today. They fixed a nail that was broken to make it look even with the rest of my nails and the nail polish is flawless. My tech was very gentle especially around the area where I had broken a nail. I came in with no appointment and waited only a few minutes. I will definitely be coming back.

These ladies are incredibly kind, cooperative, & have great attitudes!
They communicate well about what you’d like & take their time with your nails. I enjoyed my experience here- they’re not too busy most days so I give them credit for maintaining the positive & welcoming atmosphere!
Good at scheduling appts & taking walk-ins
Will be coming again because of the service & pricing

This is my second time getting my nails done from this place. The lady left a cut on my finger while doing my nails. She did not apologize or say anything about it. It hurts really bad. And she had an attitude the whole time. I’m assuming she is the manager or the owner of the nail salon because she wasn’t wearing a uniform like other employees and she’s the one picking up phone calls and always standing by the front desk. She convinced me to get my cuticles done but honestly it’s overpriced in my opinion.
