Once again, I had to visit this LabCorp location for a blood draw — and once again, I couldn’t be more pleased.
The receptionist, Jessica, was helpful, friendly, and genuinely pleasant.
My phlebotomist, Viv, was both efficient and highly skilled. I'm petite and have difficult veins, but Viv managed to collect two full tubes of blood on the very first try — no discomfort, no second attempt.
Excellent service from start to finish!

This place was great. Got there right when they opened and only waited 15 minutes. One phlebotomist working there - so of course there will potentially be long wait times. Staff was very nice.

They need more staff, but the lady was nice

It’s better than the first hill location. But they do not respect appointments. 1 hour wait minimum. 1 nurse and 1 receptionist for 20 ppl. Insane. Avoid.

You know when you have an experience and you think, I need to write a review ASAP!! Just had one of those moments. I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn, I have veins that aren’t super prominent or cooperative and have had many uncomfortable bloodwork experiences because of it. But not at this Labcorp!
This afternoon I got my blood drawn by Viv and she’s was INCREDIBLE! I was yet again psyching myself out, bracing for what might come, but it was so fast and painless because of Viv’s expertise. I was honestly shocked. She was very focused at the get go (because she’s a baddie and isn’t messing around, knows what she’s gotta do), but she gave me the heads up about the needle and asked me how I was doing, and she was super sweet when it was all done too. I told her she has a gift! And how in awe I was at her talent to make this really dreadful experience really easy, and if I ever needed to get my labs done again I would absolutely come back to her! She told me that she just had another patient express the same thing, and I totally get why. People like Viv make these situations so much more bearable for those of us that aren’t stereotypically “easy” patients. She even said, “hope you enjoy this beautiful, sunny day” as I was leaving and honestly, I didn’t even need the sun - she was a ray of sunshine for me!
I’ve been here one other time and the other phlebotomist I saw was also very proficient. And the other staff person there today was super friendly as well. So I have nothing but good things to say about this spot from my experiences. If you can plan ahead, they make things really easy with online scheduling and rescheduling for appointments, and each time I’ve gone I’m in and out in 10 minutes, maybe even less.
These folks are doing this tough work day in and day out. I can only imagine they’re dealing with plenty of people like me who are nervous or have issues with getting their blood drawn, and I just want to give them major thanks for being such pros and making the whole experience so much easier. 💐

Came in for an ordered test without an appointment. Took me back within 20 minutes. Viv, my phlebotomist, was incredible. She was friendly and efficient. This was the most pain-free blood draw I’ve ever had done. Thank you, Viv!

Greedy , only care about profits.
Charging over $1000 for a lab test that is usually $100-$200.
This is the real Hell on earth space.
Stop supporting Lab corp , they juat want your money and to see you sick

They don’t take appointments. I walked in at 4:15pm after fasting for 12 hours and had to work all day and the woman stopped everything she was doing and looked at me and said “what are you doing here?” And I said “blood work” and she said, we stopped taking patients at 4:15pm, get out.”
There’s a new blood panel company coming out of Oregon who’s serving as an industry disruptor to how horrible LabCorp and Quest have been to patients over the years and these companies horrific lack of customer service.
Will never go back to this location again.

Made a 9:30AM appointment online to get blood drawn. Check in process and blood draw went smoothly. In and out in 15 minutes.
Remember to bring ID to check in.

I was thoroughly impressed. I had unplanned bloodwork I needed done and I was able to just walk in and be seen. I don't think I was in there 20 minutes! Allen was super nice and got my bloodwork with no pain and kind conversation! 10/10

I came to this labcorp 3/2024 and waited over 30 minutes as a walk-in then my tech couldn’t even draw my blood but I still got charged (I used Insurance, but still paid some out-of-pocket). I also was badly bruised on both of my arms because he had attempted four different places. Come to find out after going to another LabCorp that he had actually violated protocol with one of the places he had tried, and another place that he tried was dangerous because it was on my forearm where there was muscle. I recommend the Burien LabCorp on 1st Ave S

Got there 15 mins early as instructed when I booked my appointment. Waited 45 minutes until they were finally ready for me. Blood draw itself probably took 2 minutes.
This lab is severely understaffed - be prepared to stay much longer than you expect.

The guy who works the front desk here is by far the worst human I have ever interacted with. I can not stress enough how terrible he was to customers.

Today I came to this beautiful medical building for the first time. I made an appointment for a check-up last week. From entering the front desk to the doctor and checking the doctor, the whole process was very warm, clean environment, and well-organized service. I hope the result will be good. Yes A satisfying and relaxing experience! ????
