This is truly the worst run lab I’ve ever been to. Not only can you not even get ahold of them via phone, but they’ve lost my test results (employment drug screening) TWICE. This has so many 1 star reviews I can’t believe labcorp hasn’t done anything. This is absurd.

Would never leave one star review because of parking or an unadvertised standard Seattle lunch break. I am rating this employee here this Saturday 7/3. … Under incredible pressure yet kind and gentle…. I see one phlebotomist and all these patients! ….recommend modest expectations… An individual before me brought in a doctor’s prescription, I think it was two sentences of scribble? … Another had checked in, been waiting behind walk ins and was so exasperated and walked out…. I came here this holiday weekend and there was lots of parking….. As it is that happy customers rarely make the time to leave nice reviews, knowing about some of these I wanted these observations to be out there. Very nice, professional, organized, precise employee. I am sure in those other reviews, employees from years ago have moved on in their lives and do not work here now. From my old age, this is one very high turnover profession.

I was not crazy about the waiting area is an outside hallway. Seeing a mob of people there believing then I am walking in the office to cut the line. The old feel of the office shouting out IMO that it is there in that office (change the overhead lightbulbs?) a very frugal hospital— BUT — I never had a kinder, more gentle, almost sensation free blood draw in my long enough life. I had no idea she drew the blood (I look away). Once she called me she was amazingly fast. She was extremely pleasant in every way. If I have time I will tell LabCorp. However, why does a company show no concern that its customers have to wait so long? I really prefer not going back there and being treated this way by the LabCorp VPs wherever they work.

Friendly, quick and easy. I parked on the street right in front of the hospital. 1/2 hour ($0.25) so not sure why others complained about no parking. During Covid you have to enter thru the emergency room (Swedish Ballard) but signage and the Covid screener both provided clear instructions on how to get to the lab. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Only surprise was no soap in the bathroom. They keep it outside the room “because we also do drug testing”(??) Hard to use when it’s not where you need it!

Went to the Northgate, WA facility and this place is an absolute joke. Unprofessional and inefficient. My blood draw was contaminated twice b/c they claim the driver did NOT pick up in time. Why didn't they coordinate w/the driver. C'mom- Two times in a row ? Got a call from the office and they made like it was nothing ! Never going back.there--ever !!!!

Poor service, no directions to where they are located in swedish hospital ballard, not even when called, pretty dysfunctional office. Takes forever to get any labs drawn or even just pick up a kit. Go to another location if you can.

Original lab work requisition form called for a venipuncture; no blood was ever taken. In addition, I received a false positive for a narcotic, and had to pay out-of-pocket at a different lab to receive correct results. Virginia Mason Medical Center verified the second lab's drug test results, which showed no narcotics.

They're quick enough but it definitely smells like someone smokes cigarettes inside the building. That's just gross.
