Over hated - really fast and simple experience. Just be responsible and make sure to bring what you need for the appointment. Lady at the front desk was really polite and the examiner was too.

Didn’t update their hours and aren’t posted on the LabCorp website. Paid for a Lyft to show up and find they actually closed at 4:30pm, not 5. Wish they had edited this listing…

By far the worst business imaginable. Previous location closed due to "staffing" . This location is always overflowing for walk ins so I made an appointment. After taking off work and paying for parking, I get up there and the front desk person seemed surprised/bothered by me coming to the desk. They asked me if I had a print out of my labs because their system was down. I got no notification that day and the desk person seemed annoyed that I was showing up for a scheduled appointment. Previous experiences also included them not being able to draw blood, after repeatedly telling them where to draw from, and then tried to send me somewhere else. Incompetent, disorganized and absolutely should have their contract with swedish torn up. The owner should be ashamed but they're making money, right? 5 star reviews are probably bots, relatives, workers or are paid. No one would rate this place highly for any reason. What a joke.

I showed up around 1:30pm and didn’t get seen until about 30 minutes after which is fair. I tried calling before hand to ask questions and no one answered their phones after I called a few times between a 30 minute spand - as I wanted to come prepared. I ended up coming unprepared to the office. As a student, we don’t usually drive due to our tuition pays for bus passes. I knew going down I should probably have had my license but showed up with only a picture and I was declined; that’s on me. However, when I showed her my photo and explained my situation she processed to ask “then how did you get that” that being a photo of my license. I took a picture of my license months ago..? I don’t know I always have a picture of it just in case..? She then proceeded to act like I was stupid when truly I didn’t know I’ve never had to go in for a drug test for a job. She continued to ask me well where did you leave it? Where else would I have left it? Probably at my dorm most likely or home I just use my passport. Regardless it’s my fault for not bringing it but her response was really disregarding even as a healthcare professional myself.
I just hope in the future they have better days and can hire possibly a second staff member. Before this, she proceeded to sit me in a chair as if she was going to draw my blood when I needed a urine test. I hope this wouldn’t have been the case.

Came here twice in the past month for walk in appointments, and we were accommodated in a timely manner (~30 mins). As others noted the facility is small and the staff have multiple jobs, but staff have always been professional and efficient. Specimen collection is painless and quick. Overall a pleasant experience, and lab results came back within the guaranteed time range.

Such a rude staff. Felt very unwelcomed the whole time. They were rude as soon as I walked in and as soon as I was finished I was shooed out the door like a wet dog. I would never recommend this place and their poor staff.

Booked an early morning Saturday appointment for a fasting blood draw. Showed up only to find out it’s closed on the weekend. Not sure why the booking software allows you to book a Saturday appointment here. Such a waste of time.

They didn’t make it clear until I arrived they only service Swedish orders now. So why are they still in Labcorp network? I ordered a lab through Labcorp directly but nope. They don’t do that service for their own orders. Oh and icing on the cake? Their IT systems are down anyway. Not sure when they will be available. If I had a choice I would stop using this service. Anyone want to bring a new lab service into town? Let me know, I’m buying your services!

Worst. Unprofessional n rude. Went three times but no success to get blood work done.The two ladies there were just rude, unprofessional, lazy and corrupt.

This place is a mess. First, the room was overflowing with people so myself and 5 others had to wait outside but the staff would only announce the name of who was next inside so we had to open the door every time to hear. I asked the staff if they would also make sure the people in the overflow outside the room could be told the name but she said they wouldn't do that. I almost missed my name being called.Second, my husband is prone to fainting when his blood is drawn. He told them this and, typically, that means you just need to be lying down when your blood is drawn. There is not even 1 chair that reclines in this facility so he had to lay on the floor. Really? This is a smaller location but not so small you can't have one reclining chair. Horrible experience.Also, expect your appointment time will be at least 10-15 minutes delayed.

Absolutely ridiculous experience—impossible to contact locations to see if they are even open, sites are randomly closed despite having an appointment, I tried 6 times and 4 locations and still was not able to get my test done.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve been coming here often on for years and it’s always a problem and today I showed up for my appointment paid for parking and was on time and there’s a note on the door that says for me to go to Bellevue, and the entire place is closed.I have been waiting weeks for this appointment and none of the other lab course have available appointments and I need to get my blood drawn for my auto immune disease and it’s extremely frustrating that my success in my health is contingent upon negligent companies like LabCorp
