The park is not bad but by the boardwalk there was a huge stretch with tons of dog 💩 and they were definitely there for some time. It was to the extent that you have to watch where you're going and that honestly killed the vibe by quite abit.
There were a lot of ducks and geese.
I would recommend Gas Works Park over this anytime for the view of Lake Union. See what works for you!

Stumbled into Lake Union Park like it's my new low-key urban escape. This isn't your basic park - it's a vibe where yachts park like they're waiting for a life upgrade, and random humans just exist in their own orbit.
Watched a dad-son cycling duo, some kids feeding ducks their holiday leftovers, random dog walkers doing their thing. The water? Straight-up cinematic and picturesque. Boats lined up like they're in a silent networking event which definitely creates a landscape with lake in background that deserves a post on your Instagram.
Pro moves: Close to tech jungle, zero tourist trap energy, pure Seattle authenticity. Perfect for when you need to reset without the whole meditation app performance. Just you, crisp cool breeze, and zero small talk.
Bonus: Zero entry fee. Maximum city feels.

A nice place where one can see motor boats as well as Sea Planes. Plenty of places to move around, picnic and rest

After completing my gardening job, I took a stroll at Lake Union Park and noticed a sign announcing the Museum of History & Industry's (MOHAI) opening on December 29, 2012.
I look forward to exploring this museum soon at 860 Terry Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109. Furthermore, I spotted the (Kenmore Air - Lake Union) Seaplane at 950 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109.
I added it to my future itinerary as well.

Great waterfront area, with cute pond and small bridge. Good running and bike trail around. There is a small playground near Daniel’s Broiler when you cross the parking area.

A work in progress. The grounds have been ripped up by Geese. So, bird poop and mud make the grounds not very kid friendly. The location and views are nice. They are working on things..it will get better.
Toilets: Very clean and well maintained.
