Great service and very well maintained Laundromat. My wife and I walked to to check it out and look at the machines before we took a load in...Julio noticed us and came over and started explaining how the card system or app works. Went over theachine choices, pricing etc. great service, Julio was friendly and awesome! We were in and out and left happy with a large load of washed and folded clothes

Used this laundromat for the first time and had a smooth experience! Juleo was helpful in guiding me on how to use the machines and even came bearing donuts — bonus points! The machines were clean, powerful, and worked really well. Loved that they have an app — it was seamless to use and made the whole process even more convenient. Definitely recommend it!

Just in town for a week. First time at this place. You have to buy a card for $1.00, then the soap is $2.50 for one load. Then it's $5.75 for a medium size load to wash. So it cost me $10 to wash one med size load of laundry. That doesnt even include drying the load. This is highway robbery.

This was the first time going here and it was a great experience! Julio came and helped with the machines and loading the card! He was kind and had great customer service!! The laundromat was very clean as well as the washer and dryers! Will be going back!

Not from the area but needed to do laundry. Very very clean and Julio the attendant was very very helpful. He was constantly walking around helping people and wiping down machines and counters. If I’m ever in the area again and need to do laundry I will definitely use this place.

My family and I were vacationing in downtown Seattle and needed to do some laundry. There are no self service laundromats in downtown but we found this one and we were really impressed with the facility and service. This mat was a quick 15 minute car ride from our hotel. The washers are huge and efficient. We fit a weeks worth of clothes for 4 people into one washing machine. The dryers are also very efficient. We were in and out in an hour. Julio - the attendant on site- was extremely helpful. He also keeps this place super tidy- the whole time we were there he was cleaning the facility or offering help to customers. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in downtown and need a self-service laundromat!
