Just went in for a quick adjustment of my prescription glasses. Josie was super helpful by tightening the loose screws on the arms and heating them up to bend them a bit inward for a tighter fit. Feel much better now. Thank you Josie and thank you Lens Crafters for always offering free adjustments!

My son needed glasses for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Travis was very attentive to our needs and explained all the options without pushing anything onto us. I highly recommend!

Lens Crafters is still at North Gate, next to Barnes & Noble. Travis was very helpful, researched our insurance discovering we have coverage. Explained all the choices and what each choice would mean to our vision and the cost. All staff friendly, personable, and professional.

This was my second visit there and they are still just as amazing as they were 6 years ago! If not more amazing.

My son and I went to LenCrafters for glasses. Lee helped me, and Josie helped my son. Both were friendly, professional, and found us exactly what we needed in glasses. They were stylish and functional. I highly recommend LensCrafters at Northgate Mall!

I will say it was pretty easy going and easy to understand with my salesperson his name was Lee at Northgate Mall in Seattle Washington I would recommend that anybody looking for a new pair of glasses go see them broke down the cost and the savings effectively had a large selection of frames by many popular and famous brand names

Travis was very patient and helped me find a pair of glasses that fits me. He answered my questions and was super accommodating. It was a pleasant surprise as I didn’t expect such service from a chain store. Highly recommend!

Travis was awesome. Pricy selection but with insurance or a store discount it helps.

Went in to replace a prescription, the order was fast which was great but when I put them on everything was extremely blurry, I tried to give it two weeks it got slightly better but caused a lot of headaches, eye strain, couldn't see far or close. I finally after two weeks went to an other Lenscrafters got them adjusted but still can't see that well, old prescription glasses-same prescription was fine could see pretty good. Now I'm not sure what to do, go in for a new eye exam, trust they will get the next prescription right or try a other company.

It is located across the highway, next to Barnes Nobles.Customer service: Travis was amazing. He was knowledgeable about frame styles to fit my face, and so patient with my insurance company to verify the full allowance amount covered. I really appreciated everything he did!

They do good work, but their prices are over inflated. I got an estimate for a pair of computer glasses with all bells and whistles for about a $1000. With my Eye Med insurance (which is part of LenseCrafters companies) it was about $550.I went to Costco, same all inclusive features and without insurance, about $129.I have purchased my glasses at lenseCrafters for several years. In the past with insurance I would pay about $250. I’m not why the same insurance doesn’t cover the same amount for equivalent services. At any rate, I’m not going back.

After squishing my glasses, I took them into lescrafters to see if they could un-squish them. I bought them at Costco, but they have no idea what they are doing for fitting.Ryan did a fantastic job of straightening them and replaced the nose pieces with larger ones. They are now better than new. They were a bit busy but still had me in and out in less than 10 min.I have never received anything less than 5 star service here, regardless of whether I bought the glasses at Lenscrafters or at Costco. I'll be going back to Lenscrafters for my next pair.
