I took my car in with a quote from another repair shop for a comparison. Les Schwab was able to save me about half the cost on that initial quote. When I brought the car in for the actual repair, their own inspection showed that half of that work did not need to be done. They repaired what did need doing and saved me about $3000! Car is working great now, and I appreciate the professionalism and honesty at Les Schwab.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had with this location a few weeks ago. My work truck had low tire pressure; they were able to assess a screw that had punctured by tire and get me back on the road in minutes. Really appreciate the quick turn around time and friendly customer service, which is hard to find these days! Thanks again from your neighbors down the road at Pape Kenworth.

I came here after a nail found my tired and immediately “exploded”. This was after a 20 hour travel day so we were beyond exhausted. Dave S M was incredibly helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond and got us in/out quickly even for how busy it was. Thank you Dave S M and team!

I had a flare with a nail in my tire. I have not used Les Schwab or any other service center for many years. They quickly patched and put my tire back on and nicely tucked my donut back in my trunk area. Thanks!

I had an appointment for an alignment and brake/struts/wheel/suspension because I just bought this car and I was having trouble driving it. I am also driving across the country, so I wanted to do a pre-trip check. I was already going to pay for an alignment so I did not feel like this was a large request. When I got to the store, the person who greeted me told me all the suspension inspections were included in the pre-trip check, so she took them off. I was then told that I would get the pre-trip check with the alignment. Cool. I chose to wait for my car. After 1.5 horus I finally was called back to the desk to go over the alignment. The worker asked me if I wanted the safety check done... I assumed it would be because I had requested it. He told me that it was not because I was not "scheduled" in the right place and that I would need to wait additional time because other people were also there for appointments. Other people who were scheduled literally an hour or more after me. He told me I was unable to get a safety check, and after complaining he showed me his "time schedule" as a way to explain why they weren't able to do this for me. They were supposed to do a full suspension check because I had literally asked for that originally until the person who greeted me changed it to only a safety check. I don't know if that is the reason why this got messed up, but the worker assured me that the suspension was great or else they would not have been able to do the alignment. WELL, GUESS WHAT! I read over the alignment worksheet today and THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO THE ALIGNMENT! They were unable to align my left rear because there was a camber bolt that needed to be replaced-- A PIECE OF MY SUSPENSION. They never once mentioned this while I was in the building, they never once asked me if this is something I might want to just have replaced, they never once bothered to see if perhaps I'd be ok waiting a little longer so they could fix it and actually do the freaking thing I was paying them to do correctly instead of wasting my time and my money. I paid over $100 and 1.5 hours of time to have them not even complete the job, not do any checks (safety or otherwise) and now I'm out here driving with my suspension and alignment messed up! They never told me once! I am beyond frustrated at the incomplete job that was done to my new-to-me car. I have always had amazing experiences at Les Schwab and this is beyond disappointing. I've never needed to worry because I've always trusted my vehicles.. but now I am absolutely going somewhere that will actually tell me if there are problems because I want to FIX them. I want to know that I am safe and that my new car is safe. I do not want to be messing my suspension up and having to pay for it later. I am beyond unhappy because it's not even the money or time that matters to me at the end of the day--it's my safety, it's my trust in the person working on my car to be honest with me, it's my desire to be valued and respected. I am a woman and I have faced countless issues in the mechanical world, it's why I started doing my own maintence. I don't even know what else to say because I'm so disappointed with my experience. Now I have to take my car in again to another mechanic, a different one who will help me and work with me to solve my issue and not just pretend like there isn't anything wrong, have them fix the camber bolt (a small bolt, literally like $15 part and 5 min install) and then do another alignment.

I don't normally give a five-star, but everything they did was outstanding! Came in with a flat, they fixed it right away...n/c! While in the lobby, (popcorn and beverages available) I decided to look at tires and even though it was busy, they consulted with and helped me pick out tires that suited my needs! I was in and out in less than an hour on my scheduled day and their financing was quick and easy as well. I don't get to watch the shop techs in action, but the counter people were terrific and efficient! The tires are great and add a great look to my truck!

Another flat tire due to a nail! They patched it up quickly and sent me on my way. Love this place. I’ve used a couple locations and they all are super friendly and just want to keep you coming to them when you need a patch so you’ll come there when you need a new tire or set. And the patch was free.
