Great folks. Went for a pre safety check because I hit a pothole and handling felt not so precise. They inspected brake pad, suspension and all the other pre safety checks for free.
I got the alignment done and handling went back to normal. They charged way less than honda dealership.

Poor communication. I called to ask if they did tire rotations for Sprinter vans and they said yes and didn’t ask whether I had custom wheels. When I dropped it off, they still didn’t ask about the type of wheels I had. Many many sprinter vans have custom wheels by the way. They took my van and didn’t call me to say the van was done so I called them late in the day and they said well they don’t do tire rotations for custom wheels and they declined to do any work. To top it all off they had left my van unlocked in a very dicey area of Ballard for most of the day.

The customer service here is A+. DAVID, the manager Jose and Aiden all went above and beyond to really help out a customer. I highly recommend this professional tire shop. Definitely get your tires here and do not go to Costco.

Les Schwab is the only tire company I trust in all states I've been to and this one is no different. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.
I dealt with two technicians, Victor who worked on my new tires and replaced a sensor & Hannah who I believe did the alignment. No complaints on either, both explained everything well and did a stellar job.
I also worked with two front desk people, but I don't know their names unfortunately. The first one was a lady with dark curly hair who has dogs. Incredibly sweet woman who helped me with the credit line application and made my day that much less stressful. The second had colorful galaxy hair and was super knowledgeable and patient.
They are busy as hell here, so I would recommend setting an appointment online (it's super easy) and be patient regardless. This place is full of decent, hardworking people and I'm really grateful for their work on my car today. Will come back if I need anything else!

Les Schwab and David saved our vacation! I don't remember a time I've had better and more efficient service. We had a rental Turo Audi TT RS and got a flat. We were able to come in late in the day when it would normally by impossible to get tires for such a unique car. David and his crew were able to source, order, and install the tires in just a couple hours before we had to leave early the next morning for a drive to Vancouver. Thank you so much to David and to Les Schwab staff for saving our trip. You all ROCK!

Was having an issue with the car vibrating at highway speeds. Brought it here for a diagnosis and fix. Turns out the noise cancelling foam in my tires had failed and detached; apparently a common issue. Victor had the foam removed, and the tires remounted and rebalanced in about an hour. Thanks!
For anyone else who reads this and is wondering, the noise cancelling foam really doesn't do much. Its effect on cabin noise is barely perceptible. If you're getting your tires switched out and have a chance to remove this foam, you might as well just to avoid this common issue.

I brought my car here to get a leaky tire fixed. When I picked up the car, the steering wheel was badly scratched in three places—in the worst scratch, a strip of the wheel had actually been gouged out. I think someone must have slid into the driver’s seat with keys or a sharp tool in their hand, scratching up the steering wheel as they did so.
Les Schwab was willing to pay for a detailer to repair it, but I had to push for a part replacement--My car is less than a year old with only 7500 miles on it, and I hope to drive it for a good ten more years at least. I didn’t want someone to patch up the steering wheel only for the patchwork to crack or wear off in a couple of years, leaving me to have to pay to fix it again.
It took weeks of back and forth discussions, but eventually Les Schwab agreed to pay to replace the part. I would have liked to have resolved it faster, but I did appreciate that they were willing to listen to me. The manager clearly wanted to find a solution that I was happy with, and said so often. We got there eventually, and I appreciate that everyone I talked to was professional and pleasant even in the midst of our disagreement about how the issue should be fixed.

Gone are the days of clean waiting rooms, eager help, and the overall Les Schwab experience where we pledged to buy our next set of tires from them- old Les would be ashamed. Made an appointment ahead of time, got there ten minutes early and couldn’t find a spot so pulled in to driveway in order to check in. I go into a dirty waiting area that smells like stale cigarette smoke (seriously) and a guy hollers for me to move my car. I mention I have an appointment and want to check in. He says I need to find a spot on the street if I can. I ask him what my chances are of getting in at 10 and he said appointments give you a two hour window at best. To be fair, he wasn’t being a jerk so there’s that. Complete waste of time and yet another sad departure of the NW experience we knew and loved.
