I’m not local to Washington state. When I travel I like to stop by Levi tailor shops to get my denim jacket customized. I booked an appointment online with the tailor for this location a couple weeks before my trip. Even got a reminder email and text a few days before. When I arrived (via cab $$), the clerk told me the tailor was on vacation for the week. Not only is flaking on a *scheduled* appt incredibly rude and unprofessional, but it was a waste of my time and money. To be fair this is my first bad experience with the Levi tailor shop so perhaps it’s just this one location that does not respect their customers. I don’t think I’d still be so irked if the clerk had simply apologized for the tailor flaking out on me.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
The return policy is horrible, they won’t accept a return from a week ago with tags and receipts. My jeans don’t fit and I’m just out of luck.

Only goes up to a 34” waist in women’s. Store environment is nice at least.

Staff in store somehow put in the wrong address for my in store online order after I manually typed my address out. Now my jeans is getting shipped to the other side of the country and there's nothing they can do about it.

Valerie at this location was so amazing. I needed to return a mistakenly bought order and she made the experience smooth and more than made up for the confusion. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, but I'm especially thankful for Valerie!

Time of visit: 5:10pm, 12/28/2023.Came in for an exchange to get right size jeans. A store clerk (A hispanic girl of age 20s) couldn’t find a right one online, instead recommended an alternative choice. But i was told it would be more, because it’s not on sales. So decided to do a full refund. After leaving and found out the refunded amount was slightly less. I went back but the manager (An obese red hair woman of 30s) told it was for a shopping bag fee. Overall the experience as a customer was extremely negative for their lack of compassion, and rude treatments received. I would nit shop at this location again.

I have worked and played in levis until they practically fall apart. Now they barely last a few months before they tear. They still look new , with a big hole in the worse place. They still charge a premium, more than ever, but the quality is not there. 3 pairs of 550 relaxed fit jeans later I finally figured it out. Stay away from their garbage.

Val and Julia were amazing! Val helped me find the best pair of jeans for an exchange. She explained the differences and had me try on a few alternatives to what I had ordered online. Julia helped me on the register quickly with the original return and ringing up the new pairs of jeans. I'll definitely be back!

I went to this store specifically to purchase backpatches for jeans that I already owned. The manager ( asst manager??) was willing to sell me 5 patches without having them sewn on in the store as I didn't have the jeans with me. It was an awesome experience! I plan on bringing in all my jeans (12 pairs) soon and have the backpatches sewn on. We also picked some up from the Levis store in Times Square and Pentagon Mall while on vacay last week. Each location had different backpatches in stock so lots of variety. Very stoked to have these cool patches sewn on!

Found a very hard-to-find 541 with 30/30 dims. Pricing is consistent with Levi's stuff you see everywhere, but this store is for the special find. They have stitching service available, but do not sell shoes that you would find in outlets like Marshall's.Styles are not really available for POC's, & really not catered for ones that are shapely.Great for peeps like me with flat butts.Midas 4-stars for the hard to finds.
