Tried lids embrodering so you don't have to.
Don't waste your money. My car is clearly black. Owner brightened orginal picture. In the brightened picture you could still tell it was black and not charcoal. The owner wrote just like picture instead of black but approved the template the embrodiery company sent which clearly shows charcoal for the main threads for the body of the car. Even the tinted sun strip is silver.
To top it off I was offered a discount on a remake. Like you couldn't get it right the first time. Why would I pay again for you to get it right?
They don't even have the same size hat. Didn't even have me approve the color of the final template.

I just bought trinkets there, but I enjoyed my visit. Hopefully in the future I can spend some more money there.

DON'T WORK FOR LIDS OR LIDS LOCKER ROOMS!!! They take advantage of hard working employees and then throw them away the second they see no value in them!! If you know your work ethic and know you're a hard worker, find a company that will actually value you!!

Messed up the embroidered twice on beanie showed the first mistake from last time and the second hat came out way worse wrong size, wrong color, and had random black strings sticking out on the design, first time the guy said that they couldn’t fix the mistake and I would have to pay for a second one def not paying for a third one. Giant waste of money

This was possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen. Not a word when I came in not a simple hi how are you doing do you need help looking for anything. Not only that but the girl working there was so uninterested in the job she was talking with her friends right in the middle of the store with her friends on her phone talking about her sneaky link lol on top of that talking s*** about some girl & when she did help me she was irritated to even help me get some custom hats. I won't be coming back if I could give this place a one star I would, wish I got her name she was horrible.

Reason for one star, had no choice or there would be no stars. Terrible customer service. Out of three employees there they not once asked if I needed any assistance even after waving and smiling hoping to get their attention. They asked if I needed assistance after I walked up to check with what I decided to settle for. Horrible service. If you reach for the ladder it’s a quick way of grabbing their attention.
