I'd been procrastinating on getting auto and renter insurance for way too long, and when I worked with her she made it fun as bizarre as that is to say. She's just a sweetheart, and made everything fairly easy to understand as a young guy who hasn't dealt with insurance too much. Also, she worked outside of the listed hours which was probably burdensome but made my life a lot easier with my work schedule. I would recommend everyone to work with Sound Insurance. The price was half as much as I expected to pay for auto, and I even snuck in some renters insurance as well that was lower than my budget for JUST auto. I will definitely be recommending Sound Insurance whenever I get the chance! I really felt that everything was more than fair, and that Jane was on my team and not trying to upsell me on anything. Also she is just a fun person to talk to and we had a lot of laughs.
