I'd heard from a friend who knows many people who've used various storage companies locally that Life Storage was the best option in West Seattle for secure storage. I've been pleased with the great customer service at both westside locations. It's nice to deal with people who are helpful, caring, and great at what they do. I like the security provided, the clean facility, and the good employees I have encountered in both locations as well as via their phone support center.

I’m moving from a complicated apartments and needed somewhere to store my items until my place was availability for me to move in. The location is amazing! The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and always so nice. The staff took me to see the units and there super clean, this’s my second time renting with Life Storage. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-kept facility with incredible staff with the best rates around!"

Quick efficient, excellent prices. Storage facility is clean, and it has an elevator as well as large hallways, making it easy to navigate for big items. I'm so glad I found this place.
