Incredible Selling Experience – Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing experience working with Lin Shih! She did an outstanding job selling both our properties — our house during the summer (sold within our planned 2-month window), and our condo in just one week during the slow winter season.
Her market analysis was spot on, and she really knows how to position a property to get attention. She was incredibly professional, communicated clearly and consistently with other agents and potential buyers, and handled every detail with great care and planning. Her creativity in marketing and showing our homes truly made a difference.

Lin is an amazing real estate agent. She is genuine, authentic, and truly makes sure that her clients end up in a home that they love long-term. She’s never pushy, and takes the time to understand what was important to me. She shares her honest opinion if you ask for it, which is especially helpful for first-time home buyers like myself.She also went above and beyond during my house search. When I flew in from out of town, she picked me up at the airport, and we went straight into house viewing. When I was uncertain about whether the unevenness in the hardwood floors in my potential new house would be a problem, she called up her hardwood floor guy to come take a look and provide his expert opinion. This is what sealed the deal for me. She works really hard to assuage your concerns and has no problem touring the same house with you several times to make sure that you are comfortable.Lin, thank you so much for helping us close on our very first home. We had our 1st property purchase, in Bell Town Seattle, in 2016; processed by her smoothly,Ms. Shih was thoughtful in processing and post service. What we appreciated the most was her patience on our 2nd property search, assessment and purchase, it started in 2020, as house price was very dynamical, we had made several back-n-forth bidding processing and documentation; there were more than 50 cases evaluated by us with her assistance. In the past 3 years, her support had quite persistent and patient. We had also asked her hosting house opening visit for a few of our friends, who is new or on excursion to visiting Seattle, they praise Ms. Shih’s service highly too!

We were looking for a condo in Seattle all the way from the opposite coast of the country. We were fortunate to have Lin working with us. She went through the entire process on with us virtually. Our mortgage process hit a hump just 3 days before close and she was able to utilize her resources to help get it straightened out to close on time. There was a lot of anxiety and it was intense, but she managed to help us pull it through.
