Apt time 3:30pm,came here 2:50pm,checked in...gave phone number and contact about the load...no call at all until i called myself at 4pm and then i got the door and had to wait for the guy next to me to be loaded in order to start loading me....now it is 6 pm and still not done loading...this is bs
Update...6pm the guy told me he was done,came to the office to pick up the papers and this is what i found...now i have to wait for guy to come here.....complete waste of my time.

In and out within two hours. Truck enterance is at SW Front St. Park on the left when you enter the gate then walk all the way to Door 1 where is the Shipping Recieving Office at. You must have steel toe shoes, safety vest on while youâre in the facility.

very polite, got me in a door right away. there is a fence that is pretty close so backing in is tight but doable. watch for the yellow box next to the door, its like 2 inches from your doors when they are open. other than that not bad, i'd come again.

Procedure for getting in gate. Push a couple buttons and gate will open. Watch gate they do not speak on speaker. Beautiful young woman at check in was very friendly and efficient. Arrived at 1130 for 1300 appointment. Put in door immediately. Will update after I get out of gate

We've been hauling out of this location for years, and it is by far our favorite location. Staff is always very professional, and they work with you. Loads are ready when they are scheduled to be, and the wait time has only gotten better and better. Thank you all for always working with us!

I arrived at 06:10 for a 10:30 appointment. Was put on a door right away. Got loaded within an hour, and paperwork shortly after that. Was finished up before 07:30, and on the road. The staff here was very friendly, and has awesome attitudes!

Black lady wants to talk to the wall and expect you to know sheâs talking to you at check in .Loader wants to whistle at you like a dog rather then walk over and talk to you.Office gal says to give papers to loader loader says supposed to give paper to gal.If this place had a nick name I think it would be â**** for brainsâ but they are putting new paint on the place so thatâs nice. Like lipstick on a pig.

A very nice place to pick up a load I had a 2 pm appointment checked in at 11 am by 11:30 I was leaving that place picked up there twice and had a good experience both times..

Their drivers are vary unprofessional and rude. When i walked to one of their drivers and asked him politely whats going on and told him hes holding everyone in line he told me to get the 4 out of here

With my experience i got lucky this time. Usually they take forever. I came 3 hours early of my appointment . They got me in but i waith till my appointment time to get loaded.
