I’m almost convinced they purposely don’t carry anything I need. When I asked where the pvc shutoff valves were, the guy at the back service desk by lumber told me in the far corner by appliances. The other guy said that he worked in plumbing awhile back and they don’t carry them until I told him I’ve bought at least 20 here. He looked on his phone and found out they are in a whole different isle. Of course they didn’t have any. I don’t know why I put my self through the experience of going there..

If I could give Lowe’s zero stars I would. There are many issues with customer service. Management and employees never answer the phone or help customers in need. Employees never know where stuff is at and management is ALWAYS unavailable. Also, there is a lot of racial profiling that takes place in this specific location. The racial profiling is targeted to black employees and black customers. I have experienced it personally myself and would like the racial profiling to be reported and something be done about it. I have seen other people from other races be able to steal out of the store and get away with it while black paying customers are still targeted, disrespected, aggressively approach and followed through out the store. This even happens to regular customers. As a black customer I feel unsafe in Lowe’s especially the way the men approach people of color. It is not fair and something needs to be done. I recently was shopping there and a black woman employee attempted to use her employee discount and was questioned by three white man one looked like an employee and the other two were customers. This employee has been there for a while and they claimed that they didn’t know she was an employee. Had she been any other color this wouldn’t have been the case. How do you forget someone is your co-worker and respond to that with racial profiling?

Lowe’s in Seattle is a reliable go-to for all home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from tools and lumber to lighting and appliances. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, whether you're a seasoned DIYer or a first-time homeowner. The garden section is especially well-stocked with healthy plants and seasonal selections. Checkout is quick, and curbside pickup is smooth and efficient.

Always consistency here, great service from this team over the years. From the times I was in high school picking up things for my parents, to remodeling my house I sold, and now building a project for my small business. I'm always happy and satisfied with the knowledge and help from the team. Shout out to Antonio who helped me years ago, to Josh in the paint department, Anthony, Kylie and Isaiah
Can't wait to show my project off ! See you guys soon!

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen there's reason why no one likes to go to Lowe's. The only reason why people go to Lowe's is because they don't know how terrible it is

Complete jerk running customer service. Came in this Friday evening to return 4 extra pavers my contractor bought for our recent yard project. Couldn't find the receipt but it was less than 2 weeks ago. A man who looked like a customer (no Lowe's outfit, in a pink sweatsuit) told me to wait tho no one else was at the counter. A manager type person even approached me and said he would help me soon. I waited 10 mins carrying heavy pavers. He couldn't find the code when he tried to return them, so he told me to go take a picture outside. Afterwards he told me the transaction was too old to refund. I said that's totally fine, I have a ton of stuff to get here, can I just have store credit please. He refused. I don't know why he made me wait, or refused to provide any type of credit. I've spent thousands in this store, I had a $10 refund or credit needed to go spend more but I'll be going elsewhere. This service was a joke and I had to keep these extra pavers and walk them back to my car. Last time there was a very sweet woman working this counter, but this guy clearly didn't want to help me from the moment I arrived.

Customer service here is decent while seasonal employees are present , when you can find help. Some employees are somewhat friendly and pleasant. Before 9am or after 6pm, there will be no employees anywhere to be seen. During the winter, there’s barely anyone working. Lowe’s has a terrible business practice of hiring seasonal employees and then firing them at will. I will shout out their CDL delivery driver. I see him around the city and was very impressed at how quickly he was able to get that Freightliner to stop for a red light. Anyone who doesn’t run red lights around here is an upstanding individual.

Contrary to busy employees speeding by with eyes on the floor past bewildered customers obviously trying to find something or having such a good time talking to each other employee Connor actually out-of-blue asked if I needed any help. I did and he did. I wish I could find him every time

I have Lowes's account card for purchase and an account which we always use so we can look up what we have purchase. While I generally have a decent time looking for what I need, Lowe's need to up their hiring process to someone understanding English. I was having trouble looking up my account at the register at the self checkout, so I just paid the items and then head to the customer service with the items in my cart. This lady ask what am I doing and point me out the door. I explain to her that I need to go to customer service to try and link my phone number and email to my card. She looked so confuse and point me out the door.
I just gave up and went out the door with my items.

I needed an umbrella stand that was all out on the shelf but I saw some in the overstock above. I asked Customer Service for help 3 times. after waiting 45 minutes for them to come back as promised, I found employee named Davinci who made it happen and made it look easy.
Thank you Davinci!

This place is trash. Went to pick something up that the website claimed the store had 40 units in stock. When I got there, staff spent 2 minutes looking, then told me they were out of stock. I said the website said they had 40 units in stock, and his answer was "our online inventory is wrong." The hell!? Either that guy was too lazy to look, or they need to update their stock numbers! Either way...TRASH.

I bought craftsman rachet set from lowes, and they told me if tool brakes just bring it in and they would replace it. My 3/8 ratchet broke I brought it to lowes but they wouldn't replace it even though they are still selling same ratchet set. At least don't need to LIE just to sell and say lifetime warranty. Ruined my day, well all I can do is never go there and stop my family or friends if they try to go there.

I love how big this place is! And it's so full of stuff! I bet you could hide in there and no one would ever find you!
