Store and associates are amazing, corporate should stop forcing associates to say hi every time someone enters a section. Just be available. CORPORATE READ THIS IT DOESN'T MAKE ME WANT TO BUY MORE.

I was on vacation in Seattle with my fiancè, and was shopping for some new workout gear for my wardrobe. I was helped by Amber, and she was more than helpful in explaining everything I needed. She thoroughly went through the correct sizing I needed for the best fit. It was a great experience. I would definitely be going back to any store for great quality products. But if in town, I would see Amber as she made the experience so much better.

Don't go for their free alteration service.
I visited the store to purchase a pair of pants, but they didn’t have my size. The sales associate suggested I buy a larger size and assured me they offered free alterations. They confirmed it would only take two weeks and that I’d be contacted once the pants were ready for pickup. That seemed reasonable, so I agreed.
Four weeks passed with no update. I called the store and left a voicemail. Three days later, I finally received a call back—only to be told they had lost my pants. My options were either to return to the store and buy a new pair or request a refund.
Mistakes happen, but what’s disappointing is the lack of a system to track alteration orders, the three-day delay in returning my call, and the sales associate’s complete lack of remorse during the conversation despite advertising alterations as a big service to push the purchase on the customers.

This stores discriminated me so bad as a black woman. They looked at me didn’t speak to me then called a security in the store to record me as if I was stealing.

friendly and helpful staff but the sizes leave something to be desired, I'd avoid if you're plus sized

‼️ RACIAL PROFILING AND HOMOPHOBIA CONTENT WARNING ‼️
Please have a manager respond to this.
I recently visited your Lululemon location, and what happened during and after that visit was nothing short of appalling. The security guard on duty made it blatantly clear that my boyfriend’s family and I were being watched and targeted the moment we entered the store. His constant, aggressive staring—combined with calculated body positioning—created an atmosphere of threat and discomfort. We were made to feel like suspects, not customers.
Even after we exited the store, the behavior escalated. This individual continued to stare us down through the glass and then followed us outside. As we walked past after leaving a nearby store, he was still there—lingering—making smug, snarky remarks under his breath and laughing to himself. It felt deliberately provocative, and it was beyond unprofessional.
As an Asian gay man, I cannot ignore the disturbing possibility that this behavior was rooted in racial and homophobic bias. There was no other justification for this sustained targeting. We did nothing to warrant that level of scrutiny or hostility. This wasn’t standard security protocol—it was personal, and it was discriminatory.
It was also clear that this guard was young and inexperienced, which only intensified the sense that he was using his position to exert power rather than keep people safe. He wasn’t doing his job—he was weaponizing it.
I urge management to take this seriously. This is not about a misunderstanding or a bad attitude—this is about prejudice, intimidation, and the abuse of authority on your property. It is unacceptable that your customers are made to feel unsafe and dehumanized while trying to shop.
Please speak up. Please take action. And please don’t let this slide under the rug.
— A deeply disappointed and shaken customer.

Very terrible customer service. I am here for drop in return so I don’t need to go to usps. The store don’t allow me to return the items although I have all the things needed for return according to instructions. Apparently, corporate policy doesnt apply here. Also, the front desk is very rude.

I came in to buy a running bra today and Brooklyn was so sweet helping me out! She and the other associates never made me feel rushed as I tried everything on and went back multiple times for different sizes. I do a lot of running so it was crucial for me to get one that I would still love an hour in! She was very helpful ordering what I needed online for me too. Thank you!!
Also for anyone else who runs, and is in the C-DD cup range, I ended up going with the Energy Longline bra. I'm usually a 32D and the size 6 fit perfectly. I haven't used it yet but just wanted to mention in case that's helpful.

I bought online and went into the store to come pick up a dress and I waited in line for a cashier to finish talking with her friend for about 10 minutes. Got to the front and the checkout employee looked me up and down and says “we don’t carry any bigger sizes.” I told her I was here for pick up and she grabbed a bag and said “theres fitting rooms if you need one.” She then giggled and said “before you return it.” I said I wouldn’t be needing one and that I would just taking it home today. I bought a size xl and I tried it on at home because the environment made me feel uncomfortable and anxious. I’ve boughten from here before and never felt this way the previous time.
