Love their sandals. Customer response and support is non-existent. As much as I love the 4 pairs in our household, I doubt I'll buy from them again unfortunately. Have no idea how get ahold of any Luna rep for help despite multiple attempts over 2 or 3 weeks.Edit: In answer to the response below, yes I sent three separate messages through the course of July and never received so much as an automated confirmation. The reply here is the only communication I've ever gotten beyond purhase receipts & shipping notifications.

Some of these reviews, I think, are submitted by not sane people. Love this company. Bought my first pair 8 years ago and haven’t looked back. I ran the Philly Marathon in 2014 in them. They are my daily runners. Heel pain? Gone. Plantar fasciitis? Gone. And I weigh about 200 lbs. Just two weeks ago, I finished an 18 mile trail race in the Monos. #runfree

Worst scammers ever!!I bought shoes online, paid the full amount ahead , it took over a month to arrive was so heavy & horrible fit! I couldn't contact them to return!!On top of that, I got a bill from FedEx for over 100% of the price, for charfe of transport, duty & tax! $113.04!!It's ridiculous amount of exaggerated charges billed to the customer (2 months after receiving the order!) Seems like a greedy scam company which can't even afford its own customs charges! And big liyers as it 's never mentioned in the price when making a payment.

This store is closed down. Yelp needs to take this business page down. Before trying to find this store, tried calling Luna to clarify this location but no one answered.

Decent looking sandals but poor customer service. I received a pair that was a size or two too small and I keep calling to ask whether I should size up one or two sizes when exchanged and keep getting voicemail. I keep leaving voicemails with no response.

There are many things I could say about these sandals, but fact that they never leave my feet unless they have to is a testament to their quality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal! You won't regret your Luna purchase.

My sandals came today! I got the Mongo Winged edition in Mountain Crystal and I love them. Super easy to put on, adjust to fit and comfy right off the bat. Super-quick delivery, too.

I have been borderline living in Lunas almost 8 years. They're tough and comfortable and last forever. I will probably continue to wear Lunas as long as they're around. Walking, hiking, running - they're good for it all. Their shop is neat too, and everyone has always been nice and helpful.

Took a bit to get the fit were I wanted it but after I did I love them. Great feel and grip. I feel very sure footed in them. Highly recommend!

Oh man the best sandals ever! I have owned many different pairs. I've run 2 trail ultrmarathons, completed 100KM in 24 Hours over mountainous terrain all on Lunas. I've had my leather top ones for at least 9 years and just took them out for a quick hike to a great waterfall feature. They last, they are comfortable, just work up to longer distances if your feet are used to \\\"regular\\\" shoes. These helped me get over my pain issues shortly after I started running! I've always had great customer service, my parents even bought themselves a set! Thank you for the amazing sandals!

HORRIBLE! I ordered the Luna Roots Builder. The only thing good about this company is that the sizing templates are accurate. For starters, I paid extra for 2 day shipping & waited a week to receive the shoes. The shoe itself was horribly uncomfortable because of the way the straps loop around the sole. I tried everything but after 30 minutes of wear the pain is unbearable where it digs into my arch. In addition, nomatter how I adjusted the strap tightness my foot would slide back so my heel was hanging off the shoe & there was a bunch of space left between my toes & the edge of the sole. The company's claim on their website about trying the shoes for 30 days risk free is a complete LIE! They deduct the original shipping fee AND the return shipping fee from your refund, so I ended up losing nearly $20 overall. I also had issues with the online return process not working and ended up having to make a phone call to sort it out. All in all this was a terrible experience but the worst part is the false claims on the site about trying the product at no risk.

I purchased some sandals and decided to return them due to my style preference. I called, completed the refund process through their website as instructed, and shipped them back via Fed Ex over a month ago. I have not received a refund. I called last week to ask about this, was told they were received and everything they weren’t sure why I didn’t get a refund. She told me she would email me. I still have not received any communication or a refund. I’m unable to get through to anyone at this point and have not received answers from my voicemail. Tons of positive reviews, but the return process has not been good and I’m hoping to get my money back. I try to do things in person and hate to leave bad reviews, but this has been very frustrating and so my review is a last ditch effort before contact the BBB.

Have been hearing great things for a few years now and finally decided to bite the bullet and order. My order got lost in the mail and despite thoroughly explaining the situation, customer service has done nothing on my behalf and have basically just told to me not to worry. I have had to call UPS and USPS on my own time and USPS has launched an investigation. I received a phone call today from USPS again confirming that they have no idea where my sandals are but that they are working hard to track the shipment down. Luna has done nothing to help. The only redeeming thing is they have answered all of my emails, but it seems like they didn't actually read them fully. If these aren't the best sandals in the world I will probably never order from them again. That is, if I ever get them actually.

I bought a pair of these close to 10 years ago, ran in them heavily when I lived on the west coast, they are still in great shape, if I had a thicker sole for NYC I'd run in them again. Love them.
