We were searching for new hardwood floor and got a quote from about 6 stores near Seattle, Kirkland, Bothell and Redmond.
Mac's flooring had the best deal, so we went with them.
They are also super helpful. They helped us to load the flooring in our U-Haul and also helped us to secure the load using their own straps since we did not had one.

I recently bought Gaia LVP and carpet from Ange at Mac's Flooring. I felt like she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped me make a great choice. The pricing was great and my contractor was able to get supply the next day. Very happy with this company and Ange.

Wow. Blown away! We were visiting family in Seattle while our home in Lake Tahoe is remodeled. Our flooring supplier called to tell us that he could no longer get the wood flooring we needed He gave us the name of a substitute product and asked us to check it out locally and call him back. So we located Mac's Flooring and Angie, the owner. We told her we were in love with the original product -- she took about 30 seconds to say "That's no problem". She found the original, gave us a BETTER price by far, and is having it delivered all the way to Tahoe, still at a LARGE SAVINGS. Went from a bad day to a GREAT DAY!!

Mac's Flooring is great! The owner was so patient in letting me decide which floor to use. She answered many questions and gave me many samples and sent a person out so I could see which flooring options would work for my floor. Also, her flooring is all non-toxic. Thank you so much!? I love my new floor too!

I got my flooring from Mac's for a huge remodel and it was a great experience. They had the flooring I was looking for, let me take samples home to see it in my space and then handled the ordering and delivery exactly as expected. Remodels are hard and we had lots of surprises. Working with Mac's flooring was the exception, maybe the only part that went without a hitch. I would go back and see Angie again and again.

Sales associate said that the product I liked was "in stock." So 5-7 days later, my contractor and I put in our order only to find out it was in California and would take 7-10 business days to arrive. I called Angie in the office asking if there was anything she could do to expedite things as I needed to move into my new place on Thursday, June 30th. She said she'd check into that and it could arrive Saturday or Monday. No return call. My contractor finally had to ask where he could go get the shipment in-state the next Tuesday and went to Fife to retrieve it (The store and I are both in Seattle). This apathetic lack of interest in customer's needs made my life a complete mess because the contractor was then late getting the flooring done, which made my move-in horrendous. All due on the front end at the store, with lack of knowledge, interest in customer and lack of follow-through. I don't normally review businesses, but was moved to do so here. Wish there were zero stars.

The owner and staff are great! They were very engaging and answered all my questions. Some places I’ve visited, the staff doesn’t seem to care to answer any questions or be preset, but not at Mac’c. Will return again.
