I have used this dry cleaners for the last time.
They have charged more than the bill given at drop-off twice now, and I fear this is happening quite often without people noticing. I didn’t question it the first time, but this time asked why the total went up $10 from the initial receipt. If it were due to a difficult to address stain, etc, this would be perfectly understandable. However, the response I received was “one of your blouses is designer.” All of the items’ tags were carefully inspected when I dropped them off, but they said that this was “missed.“ I then questioned why one item is more expensive to clean because it is “designer,” but the others were not when they were all designer as well. I could not get an explanation, but was told that they have to charge more for Prada. Other items I brought in were Brunello Cucinelli and Alexander McQueen, so this really makes no sense. I expect a more clear policy of any business.
Also, for a business that heavily advertises being “eco-friendly,“ I would expect more effort to use less plastic. There is usually a separate plastic cover for every couple articles, instead of putting as many as possible together.

i dont understand why they upcharge me $3 more and call this a "sports jacket" verses a regular jacket the woman who works there failed to show me the difference between a jacket verses a sports jacket...what should the charge be and is it a fair price! $35.50 for 2 standard blazers!

Yet another lost item. Around April of this year, I dropped off my winter jacket for alteration to replace the zipper. When I came back to pick up my jacket a few weeks later, a different jacket was returned instead. The counter person assured me that they would correct the situation. They have all my contact information, but I have not been contacted by anyone in the months since. I have returned a few times since then and am brushed off with "We have your contact information and will call you.", and my favorite "The seamstress put the wrong label on your jacket. It's not our fault." Marshall's does not have a contact email address or other means, other than to confront the person manning the front counter.

Best dry cleaner in the area. 15 year customer and I have never seen the arrogance the other reviewer mentioned.

the women at the front counter shows bit of an edge and arrogance. Sad but true Dislike me/like me, its fine. The men over again have the audacity to just play with me:( A grey vehicle came by and a woman in her mid sixties fought with an employee. The driver with grey/white hair stood by and cleaned. Looks like relatives having bad feelings:( and asap needs to be nice and not BE close minded:(
