This location is pretty good. Parking is easy and it’s never been super crowded when I’ve gone, so the lines aren’t bad. The selection is pretty good and they have the more Home Goods type stuff here as well like decor, lighting, textiles, and food. I found it annoying that the purses are all locked with strings, so you can’t try them on and have to ask for them to be disconnected. They have a bathroom but you’ll need the code. The prices are about as expected, maybe a little high. Staff have always been friendly.

My go to place for clothing, honey, and snacks. We need some imorovement on men's shoe section, such a small collection. Staff are very friendly.

The women who works in the toy section is so rude! I asked where the bathroom was because my daughter needed to use one, and she went off on me on using the call button, like mam I’m just asking for the bathroom and found it by myself. THEN when I came out of the bathroom, she was basically WAITING for me to come out with my daughter saying “look, there’s the call button.” I’ve always come here to shop but now i feel VERY uncomfortable to shop here.

Terrible return policy!!!
I just bought a pan from this location and upon arriving home found UNDER THE PACKAGING that the non stick coating was scratched. When going back for a replacement I was told that they have now been marked up and I’d have to pay an additional fee for the exact same pan I bought less than 24 hours ago. Shameful. Just shop on Amazon for a return policy that doesn’t screw you.

I have always enjoyed shopping here, but my recent experiences have raised some concerns regarding security. Despite witnessing several incidents of shoplifting, it seems the measures in place are not fully effective. Although security personnel are sometimes present, these incidents continue to occur openly. Enhancing security measures could greatly improve the shopping experience and sense of safety for all customers.
