Outstanding service every time I've brought my Ghibli in. Last month, my battery needed replacement last minute. They took me in same morning, got me going fast, and reasonable. Time and time again they exceed expectations which is why I chose them in Seattle over the Kirkland dealership. Special shout out to Catia, my service advisor who always goes above and beyond. Thank you.

It is about time for me to appreciate how great everyone at the Maserati of Seattle is. My service manager has been Catia (spelled a Suh-tia) for the last couple of years, in addition to other great experts Eric and Seth. Before I start, I live in a Kirkland and I had a horrible experience with the *Customer Service Assistant* at Maserati of Kirkland (horrible is an understatement) and thus I decided to try the Seattle location. I could never go anywhere else. Just to clarify, the sales team at the Kirkland location is super awesome (worked with Michal and Josiah)When I first came to Maserati of Seattle, Catia was my service manager and I had come in for a yearly service. She is professional, humble and very attentive to details. My service was done and there were some missing small parts at the exterior of the vehicle and they were taken care of on the house. After my service, I was given details of three additional things that should be replaced during my next service and it is absolutely not urgent. I was given the details of cost of each of those items and their current health condition.Fast forward to my recent service, Eric helped me set up my appointment, did communicate that they do not have a loaner for me but I will have a pick up and drop off. Catia followed up about my appointment a few days prior as planned. After the service they mentioned that they replaced 2/3 items that were suggested, third one was not required at this time and can be done in the next service. In addition to that they pointed out another item to be checked during next service and also confirmed that it is not going to affect my car and it is safe by all means. Worked with Catia, Seth and Eric during my recent visit. The team is professional, attentive to details, humble and very kind. My pick and drop was done by David, we had some nice chat, felt like I was catching up with a buddy. Overall it was a joy and I look forward to my next service.*Unlike service center at Maserati of Kirkland, who will push and charge you for things that may not need replacement right away, then they will ghost you first and then be absurdly rude with you on communications.

The best dealer service experience ever! The service manager Seth is awesome!Bought a 2019 Levante from a out-of-state dealer, and scheduled a service with Maserati Seattle for regular service and complete check. The technician communicated with me by text about the issues, recommended solution and progress, very honest and straightforward. When I picked up my car, Seth went through all work done with me, answering all my questions professionally. The final cost is a little lower than the estimate they gave me, no surprise cost. Very happy about the service!

The best dealer service experience ever! This was the best car buying experience of my life. We did not have any of your typical sales person approaches. We had zero pressure in buying and just the right amount of follow up by a great salesperson, German. It was a very smooth buying process and we love our Ghibli! They went the extra mile accommodating a conference room for me to take a business meeting. 20 minutes later we were out the door in our new car. Maserati of Seattle is doing everything right. We will be back for our next purchase.

Like everyone mentioned in the reviews, I recently purchased a Stelvio and had a wonderful purchasing experience at Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Seattle. Although I'm still waiting on a few more items for my car to arrive, I just wanted to leave a quick feedback.The entire time we were treated with courtesy, respect, and never once did we felt pressured into making any decisions. I especially appreciated German for the transparency and patience throughout everything, and working with me due to the changing purchasing parameters. Michael "Jiggy" is also tremendously helpful through the document process and that really helped to ease any concerns I had.A little side story, during our first visit, my little one was completely taken by surprise that our car he grew up with and shared many memories in will be traded in and no longer be with us, he grew extremely sad and wouldn't stop crying. When German saw that, he went over to comfort my lil one and eventually cheered him up. I only learned of this afterwards as I was at a different part of the showroom at the time.All of these really left a lasting impression to us and without a doubt will recommend this wonderful dealership and team to anyone.

I just bought my new Audi RS3 from here, German and Michael couldn’t have made it any easier I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new car and off to drive it back to Minnesota! Overall a great experience I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent customer experience in the dealership! German was amazing, sharing in depth details about the cars engine and features / capabilities, listening to and meeting my personal test drive expectations & requests, fully understanding my preferences and proposing an offer that's tailored to my requirements. Dealership's management has also been excellent into walking me through all paperwork details and meeting my expectations around the car and financials. Recently purchased a Levante and have to say, this was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! We worked with German Estrada and he did a great job: was friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and honest. We never felt pressured. The entire process was fast, to the point, expeditious, and rather enjoyable! Highly recommend Maserati of Seattle and seek out German if you can!

My husband and I just purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and had the best experience here! Our sales person, German Estrada made it possible for us to get the car we’ve always wanted!! German was so polite, understanding and helpful from very beginning and till the very last minute we’ve been there. Super easy to communicate and get ahold of, working fast with the best outcome! Honestly the best experience we’ve ever had. Treated us with respect and kindness. Great place to deal business with no regrets! Highly encourage to talk to German Estrada at Maserati of Seattle!!
