Worst experience. They short me 10 box. So they ordered, and materials were delayed quite a bit. So I called, and maria told me not to call the store she gave me a tracking number to go online to look for the ETA. It's ridiculous for an employee to tell customers not to call and look on Your own when this is nor my business to look for material when I order in the store. Then, continue with more issues. I went to get my 10 box. I purchased a few other things
This guy shorted me 5 bags of tin set and blamed on the ticket that was only 10. When I have the ticket in my hands that said 15 bags. So the counter guy told him to give me the 5 bags. And this guy ignored me he was working on someone else order. I was waiting for my 5 bags. So I went to look for these guy. I ask where my 5 bags at? He's I'm working with a customer. What a dummy. Ignoring a customer, that's waiting for.
