This store is fantastic!! From the game library where the staff has been brilliant at giving wonderful suggestions, to the math and science resources and products, to their great Lego inventory, this is my family's favorite store in Seattle. Staff is always friendly and helpful, the pokemon trading card game on Saturday has been fun for my son to join.

This is a review for the Pokemon Summer Camp. My kiddo has done this camp for the last two years, and they can't wait to do it again this year. If you are considering booking your kid in any summer camp here- DO IT! This family run business is such a treasure.

We love this store! Tons of board games, learning games, educational materials, and more. They have one of the best Lego selections in Seattle, and their online store has even more (we were able to find the discontinued roller coaster from them last year). Their customer service is always really great as well. Please shop local!

This is such an amazing resource for our community: just the best collection of toys and supplies for curious kids and friendly staff who can make excellent recommendations. We usually stop here first when looking for a gift or fun distraction. It's just a fun place to be! For our NE Seattle neighbors: If we want shops in the neighborhood, accessible by foot and bike, we need to show our support with our $$! Let's keep the place around for generations to come!

Absolute gem of a store packed with all kinds of interesting games books kits etc. to get young and old minds excited about learning new things. Family owned and a north Seattle treasure. Also great for gifts when you can't come up with any ideas. Just walk in the shop and you'll be inspired. Also great for teachers and homeschoolers.

We always find unusual and creative toys and games here--plus all the old familiars. The folks here are helpful and friendly. It's a great place to shop and support a local small business.

so this is an awesome store. a real gem. we are lucky to have it. but ....minus one star for the crazy mask policy. its mar 2023 guys... there isn't a public health agency in the country pushing masks. even the chinese are done. walking in here feels like we're back in apocolyptic pandemic land. get over it. leave your customers in peace. your neuroses are taking the fun out of toys...

To borrow my kiddo's expression, "oh my gosh!" Why, in nine years I've been in Seattle, I haven't stepped inside this wonderful store?!Math 'n' Stuff is more than a toy store. I would describe it as a mash up of Third Place and Snapdoodle for kids up to middle school with its collection of toys, puzzles, activity/workbooks, Legos, Gravitrax, Snap Circuits, board games to Pokemon cards and science items (pH test strips anyone?). There's a half wall of jigsaw puzzles for the adults and board games galore. As a parent of an elementary grade schooler, I love that the store has racks and racks of workbooks to supplement class learning. Parents who home school will love the materials the store has for sale.Prices are reasonable and competitive vs online stores and big box retailers. They have a reward system for repeat customers (which you will be for sure, so sign up) and appreciate cash payments though you can pay with card or check.Owner kindly asks patrons to mask up and have free masks by the door if you forgot yours as well as a hand sanitizer. The store's facade is kinda nondescript with no visible sign outside that you may miss it if new to the area. Your landmark is the Maple Leaf Ace Hardware which is directly to the north across the street from the store. Very small parking lot but just a short walk away from Metro bus 67 stop if you commute instead.Make Math 'n' Stuff your first shopping stop. Highly recommend!

Math 'n' stuff is a terrific store. For people who love to play games, it is a magical place, tailored to just the fun things you want. It has everything from educational games to board games that have nothing to do with math to science and lego sets. It is a great place for presents for kids. I have trouble going there because I can't leave empty handed! Such a great place. Seattle is so lucky to have a store like Math 'n' stuff.

Love this store! Hands down, my favorite spot in Seattle. Not only are they stocked with board games and Legos, but I go there for my craft-kit, science, and any other entertaining myself or my children needs. My kids spend all their allowance on Pokemon and MTG (p.s. Saturday Pokemon club is the best!). Super appreciate them keeping the community safe with masking, too - helps my immunocompromised family feel more comfortable. They provide masks so it's not an inconvenience to remember!Cannot recommend this store enough! Shop local! Shop family owned!

Friendly, patient and kind! We went in last week and bought from their discount section (Buy 1 get 1 free!). They had a wide variety of puzzles, classic games, and K-12 learning materials! I'd imagine it's the best shop for kids and teachers alike!
