Not impressed. Just last week my company did a big switch over to the new system for deposits. Almost two hours and still have issues. Have hand many issues with their old system, anticipate nothing better with the new one. I will not be using them for my personal accounts.

I have been in mortgage for 18 years and went to them for a construction loan. My review says it all. they might give good rates but they have no idea what they are doing. It is worth it to take a higher rate then to go through their mortgage process. They claim to be common sense and portfolio but its a deer in headlights when you ask them an actual question

We have one business loan with them, and it's a huge hassle any time we need to call about it. I can't speak to their personal banking, but they don't seem set up to handle business clients easily. The employees are generally friendly as they are making things more difficult than they are with our relationships/interactions with other banks.
