I just had the best buying experience at the Cap Hill Mattress Firm (my second purchase from MF). Allison was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I went in thinking I knew what mattress I wanted to buy, but Allison took the time to show some alternatives (and a few that were less money than I intended to spend) to ensure I tried other options to make my best decision. I ended up with a great mattress and I feel good about my purchase. I would definitely reccommend Allison, the Cap Hill store and Mattress Firm!

I had an excellent experience selecting a mattress at this location. Allison was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow my options based on my sleep preferences to find the best fit. I was allowed plenty of time to try out the mattresses and be confident in my choice.

Associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Transaction was easy and fast. I was also able to try out each of the mattresses before settling on the final one. Excellent service and would definitely buy again.
