Nicole helped me pick the perfect mattress and foundation for my elderly father. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy, but gave me all the options and educated us on sleep and sleep technology. We ended up getting the upgrade on the adjustable frame, and she helped me bundle with all available deals to make it happen. You can spend hundreds to thousands and then come the extras. We gave her a budget, went over a bit, but Nicole gave us 3 big options with our budget right off the bat and saved us so much time. Thanks for making it easy! 👌 5 stars!

My fiancé and I came in on a whim to look at mattresses for our apartment. The salesperson Rhaeya was so lovely and helpful! She quickly found us a comfortable mattress that was within our budget, and was very knowledgeable and kind. She also had cool halloween nails - so bonus points for that!! Overall great experience - the price was good too!

Rhaeya was a wonderful sales person: she was warm, personable and very knowledgeable. She clearly positioned the benefits of buying at mattress firm rather than a competitor without being pushy in any way. She kept things efficient by recommending relevant demos, and we’re excited to move forward with her recommendation. I work in sales, and I was impressed by her level of care and competence.
