I had just the best experience at the Northgate Mattress Firm. Alyssa was beyond helpful. I came in looking for a Mattress that was only available online and she went out of her way to find me something similar. I found the perfect one thanks to her. My husband and I hadn’t purchased a mattress I. Quite some time and were not sure what to expect. Patrick at the Northgate location greeted us immediately and started by asking what was most important to us. He listened intently and gave us a few options to consider, always referring back to what we were looking for and mindful of our asks. He showed us things we might like and was very transparent as to cost/benefits/ never aggressively “upselling.” We ended up with a mattress we both find comfortable and added an adjustable base! Patrick was so friendly and kind, and we even shared our kitty pictures (we both have elderly kitties.) 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you Patrick!

Walked in the store with little to no information on what type of mattress suited me, and without any hesitation, Buck came to help me out and show me the best options for me. Very informative and knowledgable, he gave me a very helpful amount of information not only about mattresses, but also sleeping habits! Buck was fantastic and I’m very thankful for his help!
