This is the quality I got and when I tried to call the store I got nothing but a busy signal… why is it that the prices have gone up but the quality hasn’t? No accountability…it is a shame…

This was probably the most craziest experience I’ve ever had with a McDonald’s. You are not allowed inside to eat in the dining room. You had to order at the takeout window, or at the entrance where they had it blocked off. I’m guessing because of the plethora of homeless and crack addicts in the immediate area may have a lot to do with them closing off the lobby. We had no idea and would not have gone to this McDonald’s had we known this. We were staying at a hotel roughly 5 minutes away, and were horrified at the scene. I feel bad for the homeless, as well as those that are suffering addiction to drugs. It’s not the Seattle I remember for sure. Food was cold and of course all the smokers were huddling right where you ordered the food so you had to deal with that. Even had someone light up a crack pipe right next to us while we were in line. The cashier apologized profusely and said that this had been a problem for a long time. It’s just crazy.

Food was fine for fast food but the service there was just down right rude! They were totally disrespectful when u asked any type of questions and there answers were just one word response. As for the atmosphere it's a total joke ! Make sure u don't have your children with u cause if u do there gonna get high trying to move around all the people using drugs and if they don't get high they probably gonna see someone overdosing on the sidewalks nearby.....

If you like to inhale crack while you wait for your food ..this is the place to be....literally they will take your order whilst a homeless person smokes crack at the window.I asked if they would do anything..they said no.So Instead of saying you want fries with that..they should say I want crack with that.Is this the world's most cracked out McDonald's...yes it's likely

The employees here are awesome and funny. It's McDonald's so you know how the food is there. I put five stars for atmosphere because although there are a lot of homeless hanging around most of them are harmless and some are polite and interesting.

It’s great getting a little adrenaline rush and catching a free buzz from secondhand smoke before digging into a delicious meal.

Food is always good in the walk up menu to go. I really miss the days of going inside. I wish people didn't frequent the surrounding area doing illegal drugs. They're running the area for all the businesses. Bring back the inside restaurant and restrooms to customers and I'm sure you will make much more money.

Power wash your filthy, disgusting sidewalk and I will spend my money at your store.

2 stars, based solely on the fact that I feel guilty even sending a delivery person there. Big Mac with a side fentanyl smoke? Coming right up!

A one-of-a-kind experience for a McDonald's; the staff was so over the top kind and amazing. I felt like I was in a 5-star restaurant, I'm not even being sarcastic!!
