Sadly, I had a very poor experience at this deanship. I expected Mercedes Benz to give more of a white glove customer experience. They failed, miserably. I visited the store a week ago. Found a car - submitted app, and it took them almost a week to get back to me, after several attempts at contacting them, I feel like I had to beg them to sell me a car. I'm typically a BMW driver, but thought I'd try Mercedes as my next choice. Big mistake. I'll stick with BMW. Their sales team in Seattle is of much higher caliber, and ive had nothing but good experiences with them over the years.

The handicap spots are used by the dealership for overflow and the ramp has a car parked so tight a person walking through barely made it. No wheelchair accessibility.Thank you for your response it gave me hope there would be changes. I went back today and found no change in the situation. I have included photos from your parking lot. As you can see every handicap spot is in use by a dealer vehicle, so are the accessible spaces between the parking spots and both entry and exit to the ramp are blocked.

Never had a worse experience buying a vehicle. Had I known the poor after service care I would have avoided Swickard dealerships. Be careful what you sign, they are quick with the pen, but slow with the help when needed.

Short review: The mechanics are not that experienced. They are fine for routine maintenance, but don't bring your call here if you have an electrical, sensor or tricky issue.Longer review:My car had a sensor issue that made it so that anti-lock brakes, lane change assist, collision avoidance and other features were not working.I spent ~$500 to get a diagnosis that was not accurate. The told me that they would need to take out all the seats, remove the carpet and pull up the floor boards to fix a break in my wiring. The cost $5,000. I did not think they had diagnosed it correctly and let them know that i had little confidence in their service team. I later took the car to Mercedes of Lynnwood, which I heard had much better mechanics. Their mechanics found the problem quickly and fixed the issue, total cost was $700.Also, the Mercedes of Seattle service advisor told me it would cost $300 to diagnose the issue. I assumed that was the total cost to diagnose the issue. He called me later that day to tell me, that they used up the 1-hour allotment for diagnosis and it would cost an additional $300 per hour to figure out the problem. I wish the advisor would have told me upfront that diagnosis is an hourly rate not a one time fee. I'm happy to pay for service, but would like to know upfront what the real cost is.

The people in their parts department are rude and they will gladly charge you more than double for the exact same parts online.

Brought my car in for wheel rotation and checkup... Nathan and his team did a wonderful job. In and out less than one hour. Thank you for a job well done. Long time customer. BM

We had a truly wonderful experience with the saleswoman who showed us some cars and offered us a deal. However, we can't say the same about her manager, Lani. He was pleasant until we expressed that the deal didn't work for us. His demeanor took a complete 180-degree turn, and you could sense it. He simply said, 'okay' and hurried out of the office. This is not the kind of behavior you expect at a high-class dealership.

Very impressed with the dealership. A change in circumstances made a significant change to my purchase and the team at Mercedes of Seattle handled everything with a lot of professionalism and respect. They took every step to make the buying process simple and honest. Something you don’t get from every dealer. I’d highly recommend working with Calvin at any time.

The team here genuinely prioritizes my needs and concerns even though they are busy. They answered my questions clearly. Their transparency throughout the buying process was refreshing, making it a seamless experience from start to finish. I'm genuinely impressed with their dedication to excellence and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a top-notch vehicle purchase experience. Kudos to the entire team (and espically for Jeff and Dan) for exemplifying what customer service should truly be like!

I bought my first Mercedes from here about 3wks ago and the customer service was exceptional. The buying and trade in process was seamless and the staff was attentive. I really happy with my purchase and the service I received. In the haste of things didn’t realize I was only given one set of car keys, I receives a call to pick up the extra set.I stopped by with my husband and kid, everyone was again welcoming and my kiddo was gifted with a stuffed bear and a Mercedes toy car he fell in love with.Thank you again for great service and would highly recommend them!

Joshua at Mercedes of Seattle was awesome! He was very informative and personable, the whole process with him was very smooth. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer ship. I appreciated the whole staff and I would say it was a wonderful over all experience. I would 100% recommend them if you’re planning to purchase a vehicle!

I worked with both Starr and Calvin at MB of Seattle and had a fantastic experience. Both of them were attentive to all my questions and both communicated thoroughly through the whole car selection process. At the end I got a great vehicle I desired and enjoyed working with both of them. Thanks!

Just don't come here...Just don't. They don't care about customer service and the money you hand over to them- then after that Good Bye...Please be mindful that I am a returning customer- I purchased a GLE43 AMG SUV from them in 2019. I was looking at one of their electric vehicles (EQE 350 4MATIC SUV). I called early in the morning and I spoke to the General Manager (I can't remember his name, maybe because he was not memorable at all and kind of curt/rude). I let him know I purchased an automobile from them in 2019 and was also looking to purchase my next vehicle from them. Not even any acknowledgement- or even any interest that I was looking for another vehicle from them- I went on with the conversation and I told him what I was looking for-he said yeah we have that-he also informed me the EQE 350 SUV does not come in a 4MATIC (by the way it does) -the way he found out is he looked up the automobile with the VIN number I gave him his response "yeah I guess it does". He cut off my conversation with me and told me that I had to come in and meet with a salesperson (he clearly wanted to get off the phone). He said I'll give your email to a salesperson and they'll contact you- and they sure did with a FORM email that they continued to spam me with for the next few weeks. My first purchase with them was amazing- but all they want is your money and they don't care if you ever come back again- You know the saying that the behaviour is "from the top on down" The behaviour of this GM and the customer service of all of his employees says everything you need to know about this dealership and taking your business elsewhere. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID- Oh and BTW their service center is nothing to write home about either- unless you like to be ignored and walked all over.

Buyer beware! While shopping for a vehicle, I was provided with a vehicle history report that showed clean title, and no accidents, I went home and pulled my own Carfax and learned that the car had at least one accident, and that there was also a mileage discrepancy noted on the Carfax. These issues would have a dramatic impact on my resale value in the future. None of this information was provided to me by the dealer. Before you buy anything from this dealer. Do your own homework! Do not trust the report they give you!!!!They explained to me that they use a different service other than Carfax and that it doesn't necessarily always have the same information. Very convenient for the dealer that it doesn't have the accident or mileage discrepancy information. Is that a coincidence? I don't think so.Buyer beware!

I would not recommend anyone who is going to buy a car go there, they have the worst customer service ever. You would think after spending that much money on a car they would want to make you happy and feel good. I will say that the sales department had good service but once they get your money it a wrap. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.
