Replaced a dead phone here today.Understand it is a difficult task, esp. to the trainee who helped me.Forget the names of the two.The younger fellow helped him out.It took not so long.He worked exactly within my limited budget.How pleasant it was to see employees teaching, learning in such good spirits.

I would like to commend 3 marvelous mobile experts, namely Alicia, Ike, and Roman. They are employed, at Metro by T Mobile located at 2326 Rainier Ave. S. here in Seattle, WA.They were OUTSTANDSING!!! Just wonderrfully HElpful troubleshooting My device . They deserve a substantial income; they're that GOOD and COMPETENT IT wise.?? ?

Constantly turns off their phone for hours when you try to contact store. Unfortunately this is what happens when a store is franchisees and not run by the actual company. Smoking vapes in the store and blowing it in front of customers. You would never see this type of behavior at Verizon or T-Mobile.

I just love how the Pakistani employee smokes his e-cigarette in my face when I go inside. That is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They need to terminate him. Never smoke an e-cigarette inside your store around customers. Shame on him!!!

Ace is the man to talk to. He has excellent customer service. Will do all he can do to please his customers,and solve all their different issues.They have different planes, different phones for different budgets. MetroPCS have also good coverage most metro areas, and have really good customer service.

On June 30, 2022 Lucia Rodrigoes sold me an Apple phone. After taking my visa and driver's license, she was standing there staring at her monitor "activating" my phone then suddenly said, "I am not going to sell you this phone after all, you ask too many questions." I said, "What? You can't do that!" But she just said "I AM" and tried to hand me $500 in CASH as a refund until I insisted she put it back on my cc. Who tries to refund people's credit cards in cash like that? The weird thing was, after visiting her I saw the charge went through on my cc but NOT the refund until I put a fraud alert on the transaction and it showed up several days later. Then the refund came through an additional 2 times as a "Purchase Adjustment" which then had to be fixed by more "Purchase adjustment charges." Very very weird. I just wanted to dispute HER charge on my credit card but somehow a credit freeze went up on all 3 of the credit bureaus for me after that although she never mentioned any while she was charging me. So I cancelled my cc and then I suddenly found that my credit card company would not just send me a replacement card unless I sent in a copy of my driver's license and SSN, which never happened before. Then my Comcast home VOIP phone stopped getting recognized as a non-smart phone at home. It's like applying for a smartphone automatically linked my home VOIP phone to some criminal's smartphone that is now pairing and taking over my desktop computer settings. I think there's some South Seattle hacking ring going on with Comcast Cable and Ting (which uses T-Mobile as a carrier). And Comcast is the only high speed internet available in that district.As to owner reply below: I can't buy one now because I stll haven't been able to get my Visa (which I cancelled) back unless I send in drivers license and ssn which is weird for a CC company I've used for over a decade and my Comcast internet connection wont let me apply for a new Visa it keeps showing up as a Mastercard application. I do not think I am reaching real customer service reps anymore they all sound like scammers intercepting my phone calls to credit bureaus and I am not able to receive emails at Comcast and even Comcast can't seem to recognize me calling from my home Comcast VOIP #...
