I was having a very hard time with Assurant, Metro's insurance company to activate my new phone shipped to me. I went into the 3rd Ave store and talked to an agent he was determined to fix the problem. He was on the phone for at least 1 hour on hold and talking to a number of Assurant representatives. Sad to say, After all that I was still having an issue.
I just wanna say THANK YOU to the METRO STAFF on 3rd.

I get charged $5.00 for walk in bill pay monthly . But they will fix any problems with my phone without question. Friendly and happy service.

I’m giving this location Five Stars because the gentlemen are ALWAYS so respectful and truly caring! I needed to pay my bill; and I did not have the fee of $5 on me; so the nice gentleman didn’t even charge me the fee; just the cost of my bill!
