TLDR: "Gabriel" consistently lied about a promo on the website and talked down to me the entire time when I was rightfully skeptical and questioned him. This store has the scummiest employees lying about every little thing. Stay away at all costs.I've heard these stores can bad but had to experience it for myself to believe it. I showed "Gabriel", which I'm pretty sure isn't his real name, the promo of the Pixel 6A which I was interested in on the website. He tried to convince me into thinking that the $49.99 was the discount as opposed to the price (Lie #1) as if I didn't know the difference when it clearly says PRICE on the website. He also checked my phone number and said it wasn't eligible for the port-in promo (Lie #2) - a MeteoPCs phone rep I later called confirmed it was eligible. Spent a good while repeatedly trying to tell me I was wrong in a condescending tone but then said the website was wrong (Lie #3). I called up a MetroPCS rep over the phone who said the promo was 100% valid and the store should honor it. When I confronted him, he had the audacity to say the system wasn't updated (Lie #4) - promo was around for a couple months and you're telling me that you didn't have the faintest idea to check if the system for updates before trying to gaslight me? Then he told me it's actually being 79.99 but 49.99 only after "verification" (Lie #5). He also tacked on all these fees which didn't make much sense and said new plans have to start at $65/month (Lie #6) - a MetroPCS phone rep said I could get the $40 plan. After I started questioning everything he was feeding me, he realized I wasn't going to be another sucker, and told me to go somewhere else. Needless to say, I walked out and reported the store. Unlikely, but holding out the slightest hope that MetroPCS/T-Mobile actually does something about this employee/store.

Went in to activate a device. The person added an insurance charge to my account even though I didn't request it, eventually removing it (I hope) after I complained about it. I asked for the receipt and it came out to 43.90. I paid 60 dollars and got 5 dollars in change. I asked for the rest of my change and was told that I was being charged 10 more dollars for the SIM card that wasn't shown on the receipt. I was told that they were gonna keep my money and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. My phone also started acting strangely since visiting that store In the end it's not about the money, it's about basically being stolen from by the people working there. Called corporate and will continue to follow up and escalate until they make this right. This occured on 11/12/23 at 5:36 pm Employee ID is YIS114 The 2 people working at the time were involved in this. They also called a 3rd person on the phone.

Don't bother going to the metro store in downtown Seattle if it has anything to do with the acp program there absolutely no help and will tell you that you have to do it your self online

Metro by T- Mobile is the phone service you been looking for. I have been with Metro for about 4 years and yes i love it i never no problems with my phone or there customer service. I always pay my bill the metro pcs by T- Mobile at the downtown seattle on 3rd and they are great to me they never give any problems. For there review rates i would to give them a five star rating for there reviews. You should try to change your phone service too you, will be happy just like me. Have fun!

So this review is for the store.To validate my review,1) check the metro pcs website about a phone on a good offer and inquire about the same in store, they will instantaneously mention its out of stock and will probably be back on thursday.2) Just call the store and they would never pick the call ( you can do this on weekday, weekend, non peak hours, least busy hours, whenever )3) leave a message at the end of the call to the recorder and you will still never hear back4) Visit the store and they say its going busy, hence they couldnt pick up the call but its always emptyMetro had a good port in offer, But caveat being you need to go to a store for the process.I called up the customer care to inquire about the same, and they mentioned this store had the phone in stock. I got on a call with my current provider for like an hour to get my port out information (which is only valid for 7 days unfortunately), went all the way to the store (about 30 mins away) only to hear the phone is out of stock and will be back on thursday. I tried calling them multiple times on thursday/friday/saturday but no response. I went to the store again and guess what, they said that there is a delay and that it will probably come on the coming thursday. This happened every week between 4th june to 2nd july, ive been there 4 times only to see my time wasted and getting turned down. Sick and tired of the lack of regard for a potential customer who is showing commitment to join them. I only wonder how the service would be post joining.

Scammed out of my top end apple replacement. This take over by tmobile has been a travesty and cost me hundreds of dollars. Going to corporate in Factoria was also a joke. Not long for this world. You can only rip folks off for so long before it bites you back. Marketing all hype NO substance.
