I found some great kids art supplies for a reasonable price. The store was well lit and had enough staff that i was easily able to find someone when i had questions. I hope they stay in business. These are challenging times for any business.

We went here to get a quote for custom framing. Candy was incredible . She helped us with our vision and gave great suggestions, even with items we wanted to frame ourselves. Incredible customer service.

Michaels in Interbay always seems to be busy, and right now the stock levels around the store look a bit low. That said, the service more than makes up for it.
We had a few custom frames made a couple of weeks ago, and Luke was absolutely amazing to work with. He offered thoughtful suggestions that really helped showcase the artwork, and we’re very happy with the final results.
Overall, the staff at this location are generally very helpful and friendly. Great experience, especially for custom framing!

Good selection of craft-type selections (e.g. yarn, fabric, framing, etc.) as well as seasonal-type decorations (e.g. fall, Christmas, birthday, graduation, etc.).
I shopped there the Friday before Christmas, so there were several empty shelves as one might imagine. Still, the store team members were eager to help customers.

They broke my cherry and it was lovely. My first time there and I got a spool of thread at a reasonable price that flouresces in blacklight. Super elated about that. And the pretty brown haired cashier lady punched my phone number and Gmail into the system so it's official.

I recently went in to get four pictures framed and had the pleasure of working with Luke in the Frames Department. He was absolutely amazing- attentive, patient, and full of helpful suggestions and options for frames!! I was originally told the order would take about two weeks but I received my order sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. The finished pieces looks good!
If you’re looking to custom frame some of your photos/art pieces I highly recommend working with Luke - he’s the best!
