I learned yoga for 10 years but their yoga teachers know nothing. Vinyasa is not even real yoga.. just some cardio packed in yoga poses.
I think I met with the owner Scott n his wife, they are very rude and unhelpful. I initially thought they are just introvert just to realize they are racist and treat people from other races differently.
Parking, is improper.
And, they ask you to rent their $2 mat which is not even needed.
Yoga is a way to touch your soul but their class have no soul.
I went because of their discount offer so thought I'll try but I just wondering how come yoga teaches be so mean and greedy.

I recently visited Mind Body Hum in Seattle for the first time, booking through ClassPass, and had a wonderful experience. I attended the Yin yoga sound bath class, and it was truly relaxing.
The studio has a calming and welcoming atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions or needs.
The yoga classes are well-structured, and the studio itself is clean and beautiful. For first-timers, it might take a few sessions to get accustomed to the flow of the classes and some of the terminology used, but overall, it's a great place to find balance and relaxation. I highly recommend Mind Body Hum to anyone looking to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

I am in love with this studio. I signed up for the first 30-days unlimited for $40 pass, I've been to 4 different sessions so far, and each one has been amazing.Mind.Body.Hum is so much more than a yoga studio. The instructors I've met are genuine, well-trained and knowledgeable, and inviting. I found this place looking for a sound bath, and will stay for the welcome, excellent facilities, and broad spectrum of class types as I work to rebuild my strength, stamina, and flexibility after years of surgeries and inactivity.

Tried a sound bath for the first time here and it was amazing. I went back a second time for the sound bath and restorative yoga. OMG. So amazing. I walked out of there buzzing and relaxed. I would recommend for locals and for those just visiting. I took advantage of there intro offer to try many things for the week of my visit. Thank you.

This space is gorgeous, warm, and friendly. Sound bath mediations and yin yoga have been deeply restorative ?♀️?

I came to 3 classes while in town (vinyasa, meditation and a sound bath) and had the greatest experience I've ever had in a yoga studio. Not only is everything on the facility beyond beautiful but the instructors are amazing. I wish I remembered names but what I will never forget is how I everyone made me feel like I belonged. Definitely a safe and welcoming environment. I had never experienced a sound bath before but what they definitely set the bar high for any future expectations/ experiences

I'd like to thank Scott Francis for The MIND.BODY.HUM studio at 905 Western Avenue in the heart of Seattle. !/2 a block from the new Seattle Waterfront.Recently I visited numerous studios in Barcelona and Spain and I am qualified to say the European studios could not compete with M.B.H.When you enter M.B.H it immediately becomes obvious that Scott Francis is an architect by education and vocation. Beautiful high vaulted ceilings, showers and separate studio for sound baths and a variety of classes.I did not have one instructor in Europe that could compare to any of the instructors Scott Francis has on staff. The MIND.BODY.HUM. studio is meticulously clean and properly heated. I suggest the New-To-Studio Special:FIRST 30 DAYS UNLIMITED $40206-338-5535Thank you Scott Francis!!Jimmy

Visiting from LA and decided to drop in for a sound bath meditation with Chloe. One of the best sound experiences we've had!

I've been doing yoga for years and have never experienced a studio like mind body hum! I tried the studio on the new client offer, which is really generous - you get an unlimited month for $40!! This is super generous especially considering the location in downtown Seattle - no other studio has an intro offer even close to that. They offer a variety of classes in two spaces: one space is devoted to meditation, yin, and sound baths; the other to warm vinyasa classes. This was a really nice way to mentally separate my practices. The vinyasa teachers are awesome! I especially enjoyed ashish's and Chris's classes. Ashish did a really good job of making us feel like a community- by the end of class we were all laughing and sweating and having fun. Chris did a really great job of building a genuine practice grounded in breath- one of the first times I've been able to stay with my breath for an entire hour of vinyasa!! In the still room, I really loved nicole's yin and Sarah's sound bath. I had never tried either in this format and really enjoyed both. If I move to Seattle full time I will definitely become a regular here! Definitely give it a try :-)

I don’t feel comfortable to come back here. They are not considerate of you. Very bad experience. Maybe try to pay the class directly with them. Never with class pass.
